1 Where to Upload The address to upload images for Tri-Club is: Tri-Club Once you get to this page, you will see the following: If you have an account on Visual Pursuits that was created before our July 28 competition, you already have an account on the Tri-Club site. If not, first create an account on our visual pursuits web site and send an to to ask for a Tri-Club account. User Name If your Visual Pursuits (our new web site) login name is 20 characters or less your username is the same as the login name for our new web site. If your login name on Visual Pursuits is over 20 characters, it has been truncated. This happens if you use your address as your login name. In the case of it being over 20 characters, your login name is truncated to what is before symbol in your user name. For example, bobsinger@comcast.net got truncated to bobsinger. Password The first time you login, you will not have a password. After the Forgot your password? Prompt, click on the Click here link. This will send an to you with a link to change your password. Click on this link and enter your password. After your first visit, login with this password. If you forget your password, use this same process to reset your password. The used is the same one you have entered on our new Visual Pursuits web site. What to Upload Remember that the main criteria for the competition is the image fitting the category. Once you have the image, size it and save as a jpeg or jpg. The recommended size is a max of 800 pixels on a side. The

2 system does not enforce this, but try to comply so all images are of a similar size for voting. It will enforce a maximum file size of 2MB, your image should typically be 500KB or less. How to Upload Once you have logged in, you will see this page: Click on the orange button and you will get this page:

3 Since this is your first visit, there will be no matches found. Click on the Add New Button to get this page: Fill in the title of the image and then select the Category from the drop down list. Click on the Choose File Button to select the file you want to upload. When you have this form complete, click on the green Save New button. Note the blue buttons with the i in them are information only buttons, they do not trigger any action. When done you have to click the Save New button to actually enter the image. To go Back without uploading, use the Back button on this page. After saving, you will get a page like the following:

4 If you are happy with this, click Add New to add more images. Note: for our club, you are only allowed to upload one image per category. Please honor this, the software doesn t enforce it, but we will contact you if you are in violation. If you do not have any more to upload at this time, click on the Home icon in the upper left, or the Sign Out button in the upper right corner of the browser. If you do have more, click on the Add New button. If you want to view the image, or change the title or category, click on the image. This will bring up the following screen:

5 Here you can change the title, or move this image to another category by changing the information and clicking on the green Save Changes button. If you want to delete this image from the competition, then click on the red Delete button. DO NOT USE the Save As Copy button, this will duplicate your entry. Also DO NOT use the options that are overlaid on the image itself. If you want to delete this image, use the red Delete button. When done use the home button in the upper left corner, or Sign Out. Returning Log In Once you have entered one or more images, when you return, you will see a list of your entries, something like this:

6 You can click on any image and edit the title, change the category, or delete the image as above. You are allowed to upload one image per category, but focus on the categories that you have signed up for in the sign in sheets that have been out at club meetings. Any Questions, contact Scott.
