Instead of a redundant pair of OPC servers, two OPC servers are installed which provide the same data for OPC client applications. When using an ordinary OPC server, the OPC server status is analyzed with the help of a redundancy manager. This redundancy manager is not included in the delivery scope of PCS 7/OPEN OS.
