3 1. Hardware - 1 x Android Tablet - 1 x USB-RJ45 micro adaptor - 1 x DME-LAN Description The DME-LAN-002 card is directly powered on the 230 Vac mains whose input voltage range runs from 100 to 240 VAC and from 50Hz to 60Hz. Starting from the DME-LAN-002 card, the DMI or DMI modules are connected to each other by means of two wires, there is no polarity to be respected. They can be wired as chosen, either in a star or a daisy chain configuration, or both simultaneously. The DME-LAN-002 has 4 input buses By this means, 192 commands* can be obtained by means of the DMI or DMI modules divided over the 4 buses. So that the installation is easier, we recommend one bus per step,. *(60 commands are available per bus, this includes the point-to-point unique lighting commands + the groups, scenarios). The are LED indicators beside the line connectors (a blue LED and a red LED ), the blue LED lights up when a PB on a line is pressed and the red LED lights up when there is a short circuit on it. The slave cards are connected to the DME-LAN-002 card by the RS485 to the 8(A), 9(B) and 10(GND) terminals. The RJ45 enables the DME-LAN-002 card to be connected to a network switch so that it can be connected to the DET home automation touch screen, in the case where the RJ45 cable is of the straight type. If you only have a touch screen, you can wire it directly with a RJ45 cable (see the specificities for the wiring which are repeated in the screen instruction manual). However, it is also possible to connect to the DME-LAN-002 by means of a WiFi network provided that the DME-LAN-is connected to the WiFi router. LDMCT temperature sensors are connected to the 27 to 31 terminals. (They are powered by the DME- LAN-002). These sensors are associated by the tablet software to a relay type of output to make either the heating or the air-conditioning work (contact your installer for this as we only supply the potential-free contact) 3

4 3. Connecting the DME-LAN The identification modules (DMI) are connected to the "Line" inputs. It is preferable to divide the modules into several circuits over 4 lines. Each "Line" input makes it possible to program a maximum of 55 different functions. Wiring the identification modules: Two non-polarised wires UTP, VVT, XVB, VOB, (be careful with the connection: the cross-section of the identification module wires is 0.6mm²) - The 230Vac power supply is connected to terminals 24 and The slave cards (DKS, DMT, DML, etc.) are connected to the DME-LAN on output RS485 on terminals 8, 9 and 10. Use UTP cables (recommended), VVT, VOB, etc. To create a link between remote cards in different boxes, preferably use a UTP cable with a pair for A and B and a pair for GND. - The RJ45 connector enables the DME-LAN-002 to be connected to the Ethernet network (network switch or directly to a DET-005 touch screen). Use a minimum UTB Cat5e cable. - Terminals 27 to 31 enable the temperature sensors to be connected. Use UTP (recommended), VVT, etc. cables Figure A Towards t sensor (see instructions for use) Towards identification modules (DMI , DMI or DMI-LED Line 1 Line 2 Line 3 Line A B G 1 G ND 6 ND V RS V Captor Captor RS485 Slave Line 1 Line 2 Line 3 Line 4 DME-LAN-002 RJ G N A B D L 24 NC 25 N 26 Ethernet connection A B GND RS485 towards slaves card(s) L N IN 230VAC 4

The cards appear in the order in which they are added. The table on the right shows the list of cards and gives the address to be configured on each card. For the 12 output cards, the drawing represents the LEDs which must be lighted when the card's address is configured. For the 4 output cards, the drawing shows the numbering to be applied on the encoding wheels. 9

10 Configuration of the cards: For the DKS / DKV: When you turn on a card, you have a few seconds to press the button at the bottom up obtain the BCE lighted LED. In the case where you did not have the time to do this, cut the power to the card and repeat the manipulation. At this stage, you have configured the card in DME-LAN slave mode and you just have the last step which is to set the card's address according to what the Home Manager has told you to do. To do this, depending on the LEDs, you must move towards the Left or towards the Right. For each card, you must press on the left and right button until the lighted LEDs corresponding to the drawing are obtained. (In the example of the DMCV card below, you must press on the right button until the only the LED 3 button is lighted) When you have BCE lighted and the LED 3 lighted, you have configured your card slave and the right address. in DME-LAN You can press on the centre button to validate and your card will go into "RUN" mode (LED: AE) For the 4 output extensions, simply turn the encoding wheels to obtain the desired code. 10
