8 1 Creating Online help 1.2 Creation of Online Help on Blocks with RoboHelp The first step for creating the Online Help on Blocks is to start the "RoboHelp for Word" program. It is available at: Start > Programme > RoboHelp Office > RoboHelp for Word. Now the RoboHelp Explorer prompts you to enter a new "Help Project". 9 1 Creating Online help In the "New Project" window (Figure 1-9) the WinHelp 2000 setting must be selected and the window has to be closed with "OK". The "New Project Wizard" (Figure 1-10) will appear next. Here some entries have to be made. The title of the help file for the user library is in the first input line. In the second input line the user enters the name of the "project file". This corresponds to the created user library. The name affix "_x" designates the language identifier: "a" for German "b" for English Figure 1-10, Wizard In the third input line the user can set the filing location of the project. By clicking the "Add To Index" box RoboHelp adds the title to the index. Figure 2-4, New Topic element FB_ONL The document for this topic is entered in the "Document" line. The Topic ID is a unique identifier for the heading just created. In the case of user blocks Topic Title and Topic ID are identical.
