3 SAFETY INSTRUCTION Before you start training on your home Elliptical trainer, please read the instructions carefully. Be sure to keep the instructions for information, in case of repair and for spare part delivery. This elliptical trainer is made for home use only and tested up to a maximum body weight of 120 kg. Follow the steps of the assembly instructions carefully. For assembly use only suitable tools and asks for assistance with assembly if necessary. Check before the first training and every 1-2 months that all connecting elements are tight fitting and are in the correct condition. Replace defective components immediately and/ or keep the equipment out of use until repair. For repairs, use only original parts. In case of repair, please ask your dealer for advice. Avoid the use of aggressive detergents when cleaning the home exerciser. Ensure that training starts only after correct assembly and inspection of the item. For all adjustable parts be aware of the maximum positions to which they can be adjusted/tightened to. The home exerciser is designed for adults. Please ensure that children use it only under the supervision of an adult. 2

4 Ensure that those present are aware of possible hazards, e.g. movable parts during training. Consult your physician before staring with any exercise program. He or she can advise on the kind of training and which impact is suitable. WARNING!INCORRECT/EXCESSIVE TRAINING CAN CAUSE HEALTH INJURIES. Please follow the advice for correct training as detailed in training instructions. The load/work level can be adjusted by turning the adjustment knob on the handle bar stem. The safety level of this equipment can be maintained only if it is check regularly for all assembly procedure mentioned in the assembly instruction sheet. Please check regularly for the tightening knobs to notice any irregular wear. 3

9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION 1.Step 1. Keep the item horizontally.and make both Rear stablizer slip out as arrow shows.and tight the knob tightly 2.Step 2 Put the handle bar post (15)up (as arrows )and make it Straight. 8

10 3.Step3 Keep the handlebar post Straight,And then use Knob(16) to tight the tightly Then Fit the upper swing Pole Left and Right (23) by slotting them into the top of the lower swing bar Left and Right (27) and secure in place using 4 Allen bolts (93) and 4 spring washers (10) and 4 Wahser (24) tighten fully. Now, your machine is ready for use. Note: Before using the machine, make sure all the screws are fasten tightly. 9

11 COMPUTER INSTRUCTION I. Display: M3+ Manual 1. The field is an individual LCD displaying : TIME, RPM\SPEED, DISTANCE, WATT\CALORIES, PULSE, USER. 2. Dot matrix display: The LCD screen will have a single dot matrix display with 12 rows and 16 columns. This dot matrix will be used to display the in work profile for the active program. II. Modes: I. POWER Mode: When powered on, the beeper beeps a long sound, and the full screen is display is 2 seconds, then it is into the Manual mode. (As Fig-1,Fig -2) II. SLEEP Mode: When rpm signal or data is not input for 4 minutes, it will automatically enter Sleep Mode. Pedal the machine to start, or press any key to awaken the console. Fig - 1 Fig - 2 III. Recovery Test: During the START or PAUSE stage, leave the hands holding on grips or leave the chest transmitter attached and then press PULSE RECOV. button, all function displays will stop except TIME. The testing will measure the heartbeat rate, Time starts counting from 00:10-00: to 00:00 if the measurement does not show within 10 seconds, the measuring system will shut down and return to the sport mode. If 10 seconds after the heart rate value is not equal to zero, Time starts counting from 00:60-00: to 00:00. As soon as 00:00 is reached, the computer will show your heart rate recovery status with the grade F1 to F6. TESTING Result Note: Fitness of a user is shown by Message. START/STOP button : Press this button to start workout in sport mode, and during exercising, press this key to pause the workout, then press this key to go on to exercise. 2. ENTER button : To confirm set value and enter into the next set value 3. and button : Used to change SEX, AGE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT, TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, TARGET HRC value and work LEVEL. Work level can be changed during a workout.. 4. RECOVERY button : Press the button to activate heart rate recovery function. 5. RESET button : Set in USERS state, press the button to return to select the USER mode. Set in Program state, press the button to return to the initial state of choose program. Press and hold this button for three seconds for Total Reset (go to Power Up Mode). 6. QUICK START button: Press this key can be directly into the MANUAL program and start workout.
