2 DBB Logging - Day to Day Operations Stakeholders: WPF / DADC Description: Oversee a staff of 4 loggers executing technical logging and component validation required to support assembly automation in the Distribution Backbone Time Allocation(%): 20% depending on DBB volumes Project Timeline: This project will likely continue at SPE until such a time the DADC can support the service in house. TBD - Define DBB external task communication / how does the group manage and prioritize work - Communication between logging team and Terri's organization needs to be defined - DBB specific logging methodology need to be defined / users need to be trained specifically based on this methodology - Meetings have been scheduled next week with WPF Material Prep team to discuss communication of DBB logging priorities. - Meetings have been scheduled next week with DBB tech team to discuss DBB technical logging intake requirements / methodologies

3 DBB Logging - Software Development Stakeholders: WPF / SPE Loggers / DADC Description: Oversee and manage software development resources while developing additional features / fixing bugs to support additional DBB requirements Time Allocation(%): 15% Project Timeline: Based on initial conversations with Ryan we are extending them for another 90 to 120 days - Bugs fixes in production - Feature - Chaptering - Feature - Diff UI - Feature - Assembly preview - Additional TBD - Developers have been engaged / targeting a May 1 st start date for the new SOW Open issues: - SOW / requirements / priorities need to be detailed prior to May 1 st start date

4 DBB Logging - Migration of SPE logging operation to DADC Stakeholders: WPF / DADC Description: Support the migration of user data, proxy packages and logging data from SPE system to DADC system Time Allocation(%): 5-10% Project Timeline: timeline TBD - File and data migration from SPE to DADC - testing and certification - contingency plan definition - Meetings have been scheduled next week with DADC to discuss migration planning

5 DBB - 3rd Party J2K Certification Stakeholders: WPF / DADC Description: Oversee the rollout of J2K capabilities at 3rd party ingest facilities / help facilitate DBB ingest interface training Time Allocation(%): 5-10% depending on if additional facilities are added to the list Project Timeline: Test files are due May 6th and DBB certification shouldn't take more than a month.estimated completion date - June 15, Ascent East and West deployment / training - Deluxe deployment / training - Fotokem deployment / training - Followed up with Technicolor / DBB test files have been delivered - Followed up with DADC on test file evaluation / waiting for response Open issues: - Still need to follow up with Ascent / Deluxe / Fotokem - Discussions with WPF re: lighting up Dubbing Bros in territory for ingest of ProRes and J2K into Diamonds and DBB

6 Deluxe/Diamonds infrastructure migration Stakeholders: WPF Description: Provide support as vendor migrates Diamonds hardware from current Hollywood Way location to Deluxe Empire location Time Allocation(%): 5% Project Timeline: 6-9 months - Provide technical support to WPF Client Ops to facilitate the migration process - No change Open Issues: - Update meetings with Deluxe to be scheduled

7 SPT Channels - Ingest Tool Stakeholders: SPT Channels Bob Billeci / Mark Gleeson / Mark Bluestone Description: Investigate any opportunity to leverage the DBB logging platform for use in SPTI workflows phase 1 Time Allocation(%): TBD% Project Timeline: TBD - Discovery / requirements definition - Demo the DBB Logger to Bob B, Mark G and Mark B - Completed first workflow review meeting with Mark Gleeson this week - Scheduled demo of DBB logger to London team - Mark G extended an invitation to see a demo of QC tool they are reviewing - Scheduled a bi-weekly with Mark Gleeson for updates / requirements review Open Issues: - Need to follow up re: Harris output XML sample - Review workflow documentation provided by Mark G and follow up with questions

8 Game Show Project Stakeholders: WOF / Jeopardy Production / SPT / PMC / DMG Description: Support the design and implementation of technology solutions to help support Harry Friedman productions and SPT monetize their content in new and creative ways. There is an preservation component to the project as well (i.e. digitization of tape elements to digital master files) Time Allocation(%): TBD% Project Timeline: 12 months - Workflow design and technical evaluations related to solution set. Look for opportunities to leverage existing agreements (i.e. Thought Equity) and resources (i.e. PMC / DMG) to get the job done - Test in progress with single episode of Jeopardy content - Thought Equity Demo and UI reviewed - Initial costing (encoding / transcoding / thought equity) information compiled / provided to DMG for reference Open Issues: - Additional meeting with Charlie needs to be scheduled to discuss costs - Initial requirements need to be documented prior to meeting with production - Meetings with the production need to be scheduled to present cost model and review requirements - Additional Jeopardy episodes to be ingested for next round of tests

9 Digital Dailies Stakeholders: Productions / Colorworks / PMC / DMG Description: Investigate any opportunity to leverage the DBB logging platform for use in digital dailies workflows phase 1 Time Allocation(%): TBD% Project Timeline: 1-2 months - Discovery / requirements definition - Socialization of DBB logger to PMC and production folks - Demo of Fotokem dailies solution - Demo of Sample Digital dailies solution - NAB of MTI dailies solution - NAB of AVID suite of tool / discussion related to an integrated AVID dailies solution - Demo the DBB logger to Tom McCarthy - Meeting scheduled with Eric R re: Film Clip licensing and stock footage integration into the PMC dailies workflow Open Issues: - Demo of DBB Logger for Ben Benedetti - Initial requirements need to be documented - Workflows need to be reviewed with Hector O. - Meeting with Ted at Colorworks need to scheduled - FCP solution to be evaluated - Need 1 sec samples of input formats (i.e. Red) - Need LUT and ALE samples for review
