1 THE COLLOQUIUM International Conference, April 11 12, 2018 INTERNATIONAL COLLOQUIUM ON GLASS OPTICS 2018 With a two day congress centered around the topics of optics and photonics of glass components the Fraunhofer Institute of Production Technology IPT and the Fraunhofer Institute of Laser Technology ILT offer a forum of in depth information, technological innovations and new applications from industry as well as research. This year s edition of the international colloquium includes the sessions Display Infrared Digitalization in Optics Production Materials Imaging Numerous high-level speakers promise an excellent presentation of current developments and future trends. Beyond that, the shop floor and lab tour through the facilities of the Fraunhofer IPT and ILT provides plenty of opportunities for communication and networking. This includes 750,- for participation in the conference (free of tax under 4 UStG) as well as 100,- (plus 19% VAT) for participation in the evening event. If you cancel your registration before February 28, 2018 you will only be charged an administrative fee of 100,-. After this date you will be charged the full participation fee. 3 AACHEN OPTICS DAYS APRIL 11, 2018 For the first time the Aachen Optics Days will be a joint event, connecting the two renowned conferences Aachen Polymer Optics Days and the International Colloquium on Glass Optics. Whereas the material focus of the two conferences is different, there will be a combined session on the superordinate topic of Digitalization in Optics Production, enabling the crossmaterial exchange between participants.
