(A USB headset is also recommended.) Can I view presentations in full-screen format? Yes. From the Attendee Control Panel in GoToWebinar, click the View menu button and select the full screen option or from the Attendee Grab Tab (on the side of the Control Panel), click the View button to toggle between full screen and window viewing. Can I attend this webinar using an Android device? At this time, this feature is not available for GoToWebinar sessions. 6 Technical Difficulties Are you having trouble joining our webinar? If you re running into problems when trying to join our webinar, we highly recommend that you install the latest version of Java. To install the latest version of Java, visit Free Java Download. Many common issues can be easily resolved by updating or installing the latest version of Java. It is also possible that we may be experiencing technical problems that are preventing us from broadcasting the webinar as initially scheduled. If this is the case and we are unable to broadcast the webinar within 15 minutes of the designated start time we will conduct and record the webinar and will post the recording on our webinar resources page within a few days. From the Secondary Logon Properties dialog window, select Automatic from the Startup type drop-down menu. Next, click Apply and then click OK. 5. From the Services window, right-click the Secondary Logon option again, and then click Start. 6. Lastly, restart your PC. You should now be able to install GoToWebinar! Are you receiving a Connection Failed error? If GoToWebinar launches but you receive a Connection Failed error, this could mean that you have a poor Internet connection or that you have security software on your PC that s blocking you from downloading GoToWebinar. When both telephone and VoIP are enabled, you have the choice to join the webinar with either your phone or computer speakers (a USB headset is also recommended).
