3 JOIN a GoToMeeting Join a session from your invitation 1. Open your GoToMeeting invitation Click the Join URL when it's time to start.

4 OR Join a meeting from the GoToMeeting website 1. Open an Internet browser and go to Note: Attendees can also join meetings from 2. Click the Join Meeting button 3. Enter the meeting ID # you received from your meeting organizer 4. You will receive Successfully Connected Waiting for Organizer * 5. If using telephone, dial#, enter access code and audio PIN as instructed on invite or screen * If organizer is there, you will see Attendee Control Panel

5 Then, 1. Attendee Control Panel and the GoToMeeting Viewer window will appear 2. Use microphone and speakers OR 3. If telephone, dial #, enter access code and audio PIN as instructed on invite OR on Control Panel 4. Audio PIN: - provides identification of who is calling in from a phone - allows organizer/presenter to see who is speaking and to mute/unmute attendees See also QuickStart video go to

6 Grab Tab: From the Grab Tab, you can hide the Control Panel, mute yourself and view session in full screen Attendee List: View names of participants Audio Pane: Use to switch between telephone, and Mic & Speakers Chat: Send & receive messages in-session

7 LEAVE a GoToMeeting 1. Click File from the Control Panel and select Exit Leave Meeting -or- 1. Click the Exit icon x in the Control Panel 2. Select Yes in the dialog box See also QuickStart video go to

10 SCHEDULE a MEET NOW GoToMeeting Check RITALKA, RVI and SpecSys calendars to see if other meetings are scheduled for that time. As SpecSys utilizes GoToMeetings frequently, set the meeting up on SpecSys calendar Click on GoToMeeting daisy icon OR Select MEET NOW Log on using appropriate log in and password Invite people by or by calling

11 SCHEDULE a GoToMeeting Check RITALKA, RVI and SpecSys calendars to see if other meetings are scheduled for that time. As SpecSys utilizes GoToMeetings frequently, set the meeting up on SpecSys calendar Click on GoToMeeting daisy icon OR and select schedule a meeting Select Schedule a Meeting Log in using assigned s and passwords Uncheck Remember me on this computer unless you always use same GoToMeeting login.

12 Enter Subject of meeting, date and time Select if it is recurring or not Select audio information as defaulted Use built-in audio conferencing Provide both If the meeting is internal, use phone extension to save long distance phone charges Schedule

13 Creates an Invite attendees Required and/or optional attendees Subject input subject in front of or remove GoToMeeting Input meeting location Send ADD meeting to appropriate calendars

14 HOST a MEETING Start a meeting by clicking on daisy icon or log into Locate the scheduled meeting and click the START button If using conference number, dial number, enter access code and audio pin provided in GoToMeeting If phone on hold, eliminate beeps by, - on control panel, telephone section, edit, unclick play on-hold beeps

15 CANCEL a Scheduled Meeting - Right-click the daisy icon in the Windows system tray or double-click the GoToMeeting Suite icon and select My Meetings. - If prompted, enter your and Password and click Log In. - Select the meeting you want to cancel and click Delete. - Click OK. Note: Canceling a scheduled meeting will not be automatically updated in Microsoft Outlook; neither will meeting attendees receive notice of the cancellation from GoToMeeting. Please be sure to contact meeting attendees directly to notify them of the cancellation.

16 Control Panel Options - Click Show my screen to start and stop screen sharing - Give Keyboard & Mouse click and select attendee from list - Mute/Unmute (attendees must use Audio Pin for organizer to use) - Invite Others

18 Grab Tab Options a Click and drag to move Grab Tab up or down b Hide or display Control Panel c Mute or unmute the microphone or telephone from attendees d Share or disable your webcam e Displays desktop to attendees f Pause your desktop so the desktop remains frozen g Give Keyboard & Mouse control to another attendee h Pass the presenter role to another attendee i Draw, highlight and place arrows on the screen, as well as use the spotlight and clear all markings
