2 4. Keep it consistent 5. Design around the tool The larger the pool of SMEs, the greater the need will be for style guides and templates to ensure consistency. Design your scripts/storyboards the way Adobe Captivate works, on a slide by slide basis, rather than as a whole process Set it up 7.
