Overview: This certificate program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on practice necessary to become accomplished, skilled, and confident using Cisco WebEx Meeting Center. WebEx live instructors will guide users each step of the way through the learning experience. Participants will be introduced to the Cisco WebEx solutions, learn new skills, collaborate with other participants, and have their questions answered by a WebEx expert. Each session includes practice and learning validation opportunities: learning exercises completed during the live session and assigned homework exercises completed after the live session. The Participant Workbook contains all instructions for required homework exercises to be completed during the course of the program. Homework Exercises Since homework assignments are based on the topics covered in each session, the type of work, estimated time commitment, and instructions for completing each one will vary. The homework for each session is organized into the following four sections: 1. Guided Practice 2. Apply What You Learned 3. Test Yourself 4. Self-Reflection The activities outside the live sessions are an integral part of the learning experience. These activities and instructions for the activities are carefully structured to provide guidance throughout the program. Thorough completion of the homework will also help you prepare to validate your Meeting Center expertise during the final exam and final presentation. 5 Evaluation Requirements At the end of the program, you will be required to complete a multiple-choice exam and final live presentation to verify your competency with Meeting Center. Upon successful completion of the program, the final exam, and final presentation, you will receive official validation of your Meeting Center knowledge and virtual collaboration expertise. Final Exam Description The final exam is a multiple-choice online test which will include questions about each of the key topics reviewed during the program sessions. Final Presentation Description To demonstrate your competency with scheduling and conducting a Meeting Center meeting, you will prepare and deliver a 20-minute presentation in a live session with your instructor.
