Since this process varies greatly from system to system, please ensure that you configure your site s PBX exactly as required. 20. The MiTAI Configuration screen appears. Click Next. 21. Click Add. Note: The IP Address field in the screen above refers to the PBX IP address. Office-LinX Integration with Mitel 3300 via SIP 19

If you wish to restart your computer at a later time, disable the Restart check box then click Finish. 22 Office-LinX Integration with Mitel 3300 via SIP

27 Office-LinX Configuration 1. Open the Office-LinX Admin program. 2. Open Device Management > CTI Settings. 3. Ensure that the settings match those shown. Change the CTI Service IP to match your own system settings. Click OK to save your settings Open Device Management > Caller ID Settings. 5. Ensure that the settings match those shown. Click OK to save your settings. Note: Due to the fact that it is not possible to perform a silent monitor from a SIP trunk, record conversation cannot be started in the middle of a conversation. Any recording of conversation between two parties must be initiated from the beginning of the call and only when Office-LinX is transferring the call to the subscribers. 6. From the desktop, go to Start > All Programs > Office-LinX > SIP Configurator. 7. On the Channels tab, select the channel that corresponds to the HCI number. Double-click on the Extension No. and change the associated extension to match the HCI Reroute Pilot Number configured in the Mitai Configuration Wizard (step 29 from the Office-LinX Installation section). Enter the IP Address from the same section in the appropriate column. Office-LinX Integration with Mitel 3300 via SIP 23

28 8. Verify that the settings on the remaining tabs are correct. 9. Setup is now complete. 24 Office-LinX Integration with Mitel 3300 via SIP
