16 Uploading Data Submissions Once submitted you will see either red, green or yellow indicating your Benchmark Inclusion status Data Quality Report (DQR) Version number is Registry Specific All Data evaluated by NCDR Must review after every submission Results: Color Status Red, Yellow, Green Date and time stamp for tracking Data Quality Report (DQR) 16
