5 ONYX Customer Loyalty Program Discount Promotion Terms T and Conditions 1. This promotional offer applies to all eligible orders received and shipped from October 1, 2002 through December 31, Orders may be faxed to NEC Customer Service at (203) A new system purchase of a 124i with a minimum of 8 phones is required to be eligible for the promotional discount amount of 15%. A new system purchase of a 704i with a minimum of 16 phones is required to be eligible for the promotional discount amount of 15%. This discount applies to all list price items submitted on the purchase order. 3. Ultracom Dealers must submit the ONYX Customer Loyalty Program Promotion form for each purchase order submitted under this promotion certifying the ONYX II/III/IV central processing unit (CPU) or ONYX VS Base has been destroyed and replaced with an eligible i-series. This promotion is only valid for the replacement of ONYX VS/II/III/IV systems. 4. NEC CNG reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm the replacement of the i-series system under this promotional offer. 5. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions with the exception of the NICE Rewards program and the NEC Financial 0%* lease program. 6. The eligible discount earned will be applied to your P.O. at the time of purchase. In the event that telephones are returned to NEC for credit, all remaining telephones ordered may no longer qualify for the requested promotional pricing discount level and are subject to the new discount qualifying level. In the event the order no longer qualifies for any additional discount the terms of your Ultracom Dealer Agreement apply. 7. All expenses incurred during the removal/de-installation of the ONYX equipment will be the responsibility of the Ultracom Dealer. All expenses incurred during the installation of the replacement system are the responsibility of the Ultracom Dealer.
