Support Objectives and Assumptions 1.1 Support Objectives Customer Satisfaction, customter service and speed in responding to customer queries and complaints Replace inefficient legacy systems quickly and effectively. Providing more promising and stimulating career paths for support personnel Consult and assist on queries related to Mental Math inner working, functionality and implementation Provide technical support 1.2 Support Requirements are stable and consistent among all the team members and client Schedules are stable, and people stick to their schedules All team members and client will be responsible and accountable for their tasks and will stick to support documents Client is aware of how the system works and will be continuing maintainence of the Android and ios App. SP_TRR_F18a_T07_V1.0.docx 1

Support Strategy 2.1 Support Lifetime Client is also the maintainer and will provide long term maintenance of the Android and ios App. The client is aware of the system and how everything works in the system as client was in regular touch with the team and helpful in resolving many doubts we had in the implementation of the Android and ios App. 2.2 Release Strategy Client published the Android App on Google Play Store. ios App is not published as there is work left to do in the ios App. Team will deliver the As-Built package to client on or before 12/03/2018. After delivery of as-built package, continued support will be provided to the client in the components developed by the team in the technical areas. 2.3 Release Process Publishing the App needs to be done by Client on Google Play Store and Apple App Store SP_TRR_F18a_T07_V1.0.docx 2

Support Environment The App has to be published on the google Play Store and Apple App Store, which can only be done by client 3.1 Hardware For the Android App, the hardware that is needed is any laptop with any of the operating system like windows, Linux or MacOS. But for operating the ios app and development and maintenance of Mental Math, macos is needed as XCode can only be installed in XCode.
