6 1. Introduction This training manual is intended for users, admins, stakeholders, and developers to understand the system overview and how to interact with it. Stakeholders & Users It is imperative that they understand initially how to use the system. It is important to understand the functionality so that they can make educated changes or decisions based on their total understanding. This is important for them to know what to do in certain situations and how to navigate through both web and mobile applications. Developers Future developers need to understand how the code is structured so that they can make educated changes or improvements. This training will be important to make sure that no setbacks occur during the actual future development stages. 2. They should understand how the application flows at an interface level and how to interact with both mobile and web applications. They should understand the installation environment and basic troubleshooting methods. Developers They should be able to understand the technical code base for the mobile and web application and how the system operates. They should understand the COTS used and any technical debt that is created so far in the development of the project. 2.3 Training of Others Stakeholders are responsible for providing knowledge transfers to incoming additional personnel that will hold the same title as them. For example, developers will help developers that come aboard. The stakeholder that approved the admin creator title will educate new tour creators on materials covered in the initial training.
