Transition Strategy Before TRR and the formal transition iteration, we plan to have several releases after the CCD in order to get early feedback from our clients. We are trying to mitigate the risk in transition iteration in this way and we plan to support our clients and users in the way of providing user instruction and some training during the transition iteration. After all of the products are delivered, we are not going to continue any technical support. 1.1 Transition Objectives Extent of capability transitioned: Full operation Number and nature of transition sites: A Godaddy server and an android app Degree of post-transition developer support: None Degree of validation of operational satisfaction of stakeholder objectives Nature of product transition: New system 1.2 Transition Process Strategy Phasing of cutover: We plan to have an instantaneous transition cutover after several releases. Role of alpha-testing, beta-testing, independent operational testing and evaluation 6

Preparing for Transition 2.1 Hardware Preparation Because we make use of a Godaddy hosting service provided by our clients, the only hardware problem we need to prepare for is an android phone/emulator for testing and demonstration, which we have already resolved. Additional hardware to be purchased: None Special or additional instructions for placing the hardware in a state of readiness: None Staff time required for hardware preparation: 2 person hours Organizational approvals for nonstandard hardware installation: Not required 2.2 Software Preparation Appropriate packaging of deliverable support software: None Licenses for commercial software: Not required Preparation and installation of necessary data: Some samples for testing Conversion of legacy software for compatibility with the new system: None Organizational approvals for nonstandard software installation: Not required 2.3 Site Preparation Because we are going to deploy the service on a Godaddy server, there is no physical hardware required. 7

Stakeholder Roles, Responsibilities and Schedule Every stakeholder in the project has a role for transition, including builders, testers on the team side and users and administrators on the client side. We plan to complete the transition iteration within a week from April 21to April 25. Necessary training sessions will be delivered along with the project website, mobile app, code and user manual. Roles and schedules are identified in the following table.
