1 Instructions for applying for the KNMV Basic Sports Licence Important - The application procedure can only be completed if you can pay for the licence using internet banking immediately after completing the procedure. - If you submit an application and are unable to complete payment it will not be processed and the details will not be saved. - Make sure your details are complete and correct. Otherwise we cannot process the application. There are two ways to log in to the KNMV website to apply for your KNMV Basic Sports Licence. 1. When you had a licentie before: Click on the link you received in the and you will be forwarded directly to your personal page. Just like last year, you can now apply for your licence. Via the KNMV Motorsports site, you click on the button licence application then under KNMV Basic Sports Licence click on the link apply directly. You will arrive on the following page. If you had a licence last year, click on log in. Enter your customer number (listed on your licence) and your chosen password and log in.

2 You will arrive on the following page. Just like last year, you can now apply for your licence. If you have not previously applied for a licence, select the type of licence you want to apply for and click on next. Fill in your personal details. If you live outside of the Netherlands, fill in the correct country before filling in your postcode

3 Then go to next Select an access code (password) and remember it. Click on Register. With the received client number (it is in the text) and your personal access code, you can log in by pressing the button.

Then you can apply for the licence using the button Basic Sports Licence/Day pass Follow the steps in order. Step 1. Personal Medical Declaration, click on next and answer the questions.

Complete all questions correctly. If you answer a question with yes your application will be handled separately and your application will be reviewed based on the answers. If required, the personal medical statement will be sent to a member of the Medical Committee for assessment. Step 2. Re-check all your details and change any if required.

5 If there is no passport photo, an old photo or if you need to change any details, click on add passport photo or change. Make sure you have a representative photo, only of your face looking straight at the camera, and that this photo (.JPEG) is smaller than 1 MB. Follow the steps on the screen to upload your photo. Without a photo, you cannot proceed your application.

6 Step 3a. Application Basic Sports Licence The following step 3a is applying for the Basic Sports Licence and answering the questions. You can donate 10 to the association you are a member of, have good ties with or ride frequently with. They use this contribution for the circuit, among other things. If you had a District Licence at a club in 2015 or the Basic Sports Licence 2016, you will see this club listed. If you want to donate the 10 to this club, click on it. If you wish to donate the contribution to a different club, select the overview of all associations. Select the desired branch(es) of sport. Select your/a club. Take note! The KNMV Basic Sports Licence is valid for training sessions for motocross, speedway, trial, mini bikes and scooter races. The licence for club competitions is only valid if the correct branch of motor sports is stated on the licence. If you want to participate in motocross and the grass track at club competitions, then you must apply for a licence for both sports. The charge for a second branch of sport is 5. Therefore, you pay a total of 65. PARENTAL STATEMENT If you are under 18 years you need permission from your parent(s)/guardian(s) to apply for a KNMV Basic Sports Licence. Download the parental statement and print it out. As soon as the KNMV has received this and a copy of your parent(s)/guardian ID, you will be sent a confirmation by . If you have completed the procedure and payment and you do not receive a licence, for any reason, we guarantee to refund your full payment.

8 Once you have completed the payment via IDEAL go to Knowlegde questions Motocross Rules. You will see the questions one by one, after a questions click on next, than you will see the next question.

After you have made the questions you can download/view your licence at '4.Status'. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that you have applied for and received the KNMV Basic Sports Licence.

You can download your licence on your telephone via My KNMV, that way you will always have your licence with you. If you have a Samsung telephone make sure you have installed Firefox.
