1 Store and Forward (S&F) is the mobile, offline version of RiO to use for Domiciliary visits. To access, click on the Store and Forward icon on your desktop or in your start menu. You will then be asked to log in with your Smartcard. Enter your PIN number. Please enter your PIN number again into this screen. You are now logged into Store and Forward. To access the menu, click on the RiO icon small arrow. Appointments Synchronisation Client Search Local Settings 1
2 Begin by selecting Synchronisation from the menu. From the synchronisation screen, click the Synchronise button. Then OK. You will need to enter your Smartcard PIN number to authorise. The synchronisation will begin. Patients booked into your diary in RiO will be downloaded to S&F. Your diary is replicated under the Appointments menu icon. Navigate to your appointments to see your diary and patients. 2
3 Your patient appointments are now visible in the left hand panel. To view the patient s case record, click on the patient s name. This will show their demographics. There are arrows on the right hand side of this window to view the patient s record, view client record. From the client record screen you can view 3 tabs; demographics, progress notes, assessments. Progress notes. View previous and add new. 3
4 Assessments. Complete forms as needed. Save once complete. There are arrows on the left hand side of this window to go back to your diary, back to appointments. Go to Appointments using the menu or the left arrow. To outcome your patient appointments, click the Outcome button on the bottom right. You will then see the outcome screen. Complete the outcome tabs as normal, don t forget to visit every tab before you save. Outcome Attendance. 4
5 Outcome Activities. Outcome RTT National Status. As you see your patients and complete the outcome, you can see in the left hand menu they show as Outcomed. Patient search. When you are Online (connected to the network at a SCHT base) you can synchronise your appointments before you go out and you can also search for patients and Pin them in your S&F. Click on the menu icon and client search to locate patients and Pin them. You can then access their notes in S&F. 5
6 When you are Offline (not connected to the network) and you see a patient unexpectedly, you can complete a local registration. On the left menu under your appointments, there is a + icon to Add offline client. Complete the patient details as required. If you are uncertain of the patient date of birth, you can use the drop down to set as needed. Now the patient shows in the list but in orange to highlight they have been added when offline. 6
7 You can type a progress note for this offline patient and complete forms. When you connect to the network to synchronise, you can see the patient shows in the bottom part of the screen. If you click to synchronise, you will be prompted to reconcile this offline record with the patient s full record on RiO. It is best to reconcile first. Click on reconcile next to the patient s name. The record on S&F will reconcile with RiO to locate the official record for the patient. If the patient returned in the bottom half of the screen is the correct patient, click reconcile. 7
