2 Introduction EUROBANK Srbija is proud to present you the new application. Your application provides you with safe and easy way to: Check balances and turnover for your Eurobank accounts, loans and credit cards Check the number of unprocessed cheques Pay any bill, free of charge 1 View any transaction details or send them to your mail Pay your Loan installment or Credit Card Buy and Sell Currency (2 RSD - special rates difference from standard for EUR) Review current and previous exchange rates Check your overdraft maturity date and details, as well as the details of reserved funds Locate branch or ATM/APS closest to you, on the map Calculate potential loan details by using credit calculator How to use this manual? This section will provide you with couple of details to help you understand and use this manual. Since EUROBANK m-b@nking applications is supported for all smart phone types, it is important to understand that some of application features, but mostly application navigation and design differs depending on type of operating system your smart phone is running. In order to distinguish parts of manual (mostly screenshots) that might refer only to specific phone/device type, you will find one of 3 icons on top of specific screenshot or section: This means that specific screenshot or text refers only to Android device users This means that specific screenshot or text refers only to Apple/IOS device users This means that specific screenshot or text refers only to Windows phone device users 1 First 10 payment orders each month during promotional period 2
3 How to get your application? In order for you to use EUROBANK application, you should follow these simple steps: If you are our customer: Visit our closest branch Fill in registration form Get secure envelope with your credentials Download the application from Google, Windows or Apple Store (depending on type of smartphone you have) Login into application and enjoy having Bank in your pocket! If you are not our customer: Visit our closest branch Open any of our account packages or account Fill in registration form Get secure envelope with your credentials Download the application from Google, Windows or Apple Store (depending on type of smart-phone you have) Login into application and enjoy having Bank in your pocket! You can also start enrolment for the service by visiting our web-site page and filling in activation form. For any question you might have please contact us on our toll free EUROPHONE number option 9 Application installation Depending on the smart phone you use (Android, Apple or Windows phone) you should follow these steps to install your EUROBANK m-b@nking application: ANDROID Visit Play Store (this application is installed by default on any android device) and by enter following key words: Eurobank Srbija, you will get EUROBANK Srbija m-b@nking application within search results: 3
4 Proceed to our application and press install (or update if you already have previous version installed). In next screen you will have a list of permissions application needs to have in order to be installed. Proceed forward by accepting these permissions: The application is now installed on your device and you can proceed to login. APPLE (IOS) In order to install m-b@nking application on you Apple phone, you should launch your APP STORE. In following screen you will find Search option: 4
5 You should type in following key words: eurobank srbija m-banking and as a filtered result you will get Eurobank m-b@nking application and you can proceed with installation: If You want to install application on ipad, please first select option iphone Only and application will available to you for installation: WINDOWS PHONE In order to install EUROBANK m-b@nking application on your windows phone device, please launch STORE. In following screen in Search field: 11
6 Type in eurobank srbija and then in app details go to option Install Application is now successfully installed and you can find it in your Windows device. 12
7 HOW TO START How to log into your application? You can follow these simple steps to log into your application for the first time: Open security letter (PIN mailer) you received in branch when you registered for service Type in your username / CIF. If you want system to remember it, you can set it up with Settings > Remember CIF option Type in your password (You can find your initial password in your security letter) It is called Aktivacioni kod (Activation code) Press login System will ask you to enter new password and confirm it (new password is known to you alone) Congratulations, you are now logged into your m-b@nking application In case you faced any issues during this process please call our 24/7 support toll free line (option 9): 13
8 Note that initial login has to take place within 90 days since you have registered and have received your PIN mailer. In case you do not log in within 90 days, please visit our branch. Note: In case you forgot your credentials you can get new ones, only in our branch. How to enable your application to make external payments? In case you are login into your application, for the first time (with new Activation code), the device you are using will be enabled for external payments the moment you log into with your initial activation code. For security reasons system will enable this device and this device alone for external payments. This means that you will not be able to create external payments from any other device, but you will be able to log in, check balances, make internal transfers and use all other functionalities other than external payments from any other device you use. How to change the device you are using to make external payments? If you would like to use some other device for external payments (Note once again that you can have only one device with activated external payments at the time), you should go to external payment screen and try to make an external payment. System will warn you that the device you are using is not enabled for external payments and offer you to enter Registration code You can find Registracioni kod (Registration code) inside security letter you received when you registered for service in our branch. Once you entered the code this device becomes locked in for external payments and device you previously used is locked out and cannot be used for external payments any more. What is security letter (PIN mailer)? Security letter or PIN mailer is a letter you received when you registered for m-b@nking application in any of our branches. It holds your credentials. Please follow these simple security tips: Check that PIN mailer you received in branch is closed when you receive it! Do not share or leave PIN mailer unattended! Do not write down or keep the credentials you received on digital 14
9 media! Always destroy your old PIN mailer! You can find following details on outside of your PIN mailer: Serial number that is unique for your PIN mailer Branch is uniquely identifying our branch, where you received your PIN mailer; You can find following details inside your PIN mailer: On the left side of the PIN mailer: Short instructions on how to download your application Short explanation on what specific codes in your PIN mailer mean Short instructions to keep your PIN mailer safe On the right side of your PIN mailer, you can find, printed out security codes: Application password (Lozinka za pristup) initial password for accessing the application; E-PIN code you will use to authorize external payment you created Registration code (Registracioni kod) code used to enable external payment in case of application reinstall or when you change the device Example of security letter (PIN mailer) 15
10 APPLICATION FEATURES LOGIN SCREEN After launching your application you will be directed to login screen. You can access following options on our login screen, even when you are not logged into application: Locator Contact Exchange Rates Loan Calculator Settings You can access these options: Menu will appear by swiping your finger left to right Menu will appear by pressing icons available at the bottom of the screen Menu will appear by swiping your finger left to right 16
11 Locator You can access this option from application menu (left to right swipe). You can find information about our branch, ATM and APS network and locate the ones closest to you on the map. Contact You can access this option from application menu (left to right swipe). It will provide you with list of our contact details: Our head office address (which you can find on the map by pressing locator icon to the right) Europhone numbers that will put you in touch with our operators team, ready to help you with any question you might have regarding application or any other product or service we provide Web site address of our official web page Our contact In addition you can also use the option CONTACT ME, by entering your mobile phone number and pressing send icon to the right of the Phone number field. Please enter your complete mobile number (including network prefix) in order for our specialists to contact you. You can also access our Facebook, Twitter and YouTube channel by using the icons in top-right corner. Exchange Rates You can access this option from application menu (left to right swipe). It will allow you to check current Exchange rate offered by Eurobank as well as any exchange rate from the past by using set date command in top-right corner. 17
12 Loan Calculator You can access this option from application menu (left to right swipe). It will allow you to calculate installment, total interest and other loan elements based on current products offered by our bank. Note that Loan Calculator results are for information purposes only and we advise you to visit our closest branch and consult our colleagues on actual details How to use it? In Loan Amount field you should enter the amount you are interested for; In Loan Type field you should select type of Loan You are interested for: Cash, Auto, Refinancing or Mortgage; In Currency field you should select currency you would like your loan to be; In Deposit slider you can select percentage of loan that will be deposited by moving slider left-right In Term slider you can select number of monthly installments you would like to repay your loan System will calculate and present you with following Loan details: Deposit amount, Interest rate, Total interest, Total Payment and Monthly Installment Settings You can access this option from application menu (left to right swipe). Here you can set personal or application preferences. There are currently two preferences you can set: Language - You can choose application language: Serbian, English or Greek. Remember CIF You can choose if your application will remember your username. 18
13 PRODUCT SCREEN Once you login system will take you to your product screen. Here you can find details about all products you have with our bank: Accounts Loans Credit cards System will start with opened list of all your accounts. In case you are missing any of them, please use the scroll down to view them. By entering specific account, loan or card tile you will be presented with basic product details: Number of account/credit card; Current balance/available funds; Remaining amount and principal of your loan; Credit limit and available funds on credit card; 19
14 ACCOUNTS You can find basic details about all account you have in our bank with this option. By selecting specific one, you can find additional details like Overdraft, Reserved funds and number of unprocessed cheques. 20
15 By swiping to the right, you can see the account activity for the selected account. At the top of the transaction list application will always show unprocessed transactions which represent the reserved funds for the selected account. 21
16 LOANS This menu lists all loans you have with our bank with following basic details: Approval date Due date Approved amount Interest rate When you select specific loan type you will see payment plan 22
17 CREDIT CARDS In this menu, you can find full list of credit cards with following details: Expiration date; Due date; Minimum due amount; Complete balance; List of transactions in previous 6 months; 23
18 OWN ACCOUNT FUND TRANSFER You can access this option form your main menu (swipe screen left to right). You can use this option to make any internal transfer between your accounts: Buy currency (by transferring from RSD to FC account); Sell currency (by transferring from FC to RSD account); Pay your credit card (by transferring from RSD to credit card account); Transfer funds between your RSD accounts In order to proceed with funds transfer you should select: from which account you are transferring funds (From Account) to which account you are transferring your funds (To Account) Amount you want to transfer (Enter Amount) You can make these transactions from any device you use your application on. NEW: With the latest version of Mobile Banking application, You will be able to make payments ON-LINE to Your Credit Card, allowing You to use transferred funds within minutes 1. 1 During working hours 128
19 DOMESTIC FUNDS TRANSFER This option will enable you to enter you to pay any bill or make any external payment. You can access it from your main menu. The form you will receive is created to include predefined values in order to help you enter and process your payment orders in easy and intuitive way: 19
20 How to fill in payment order: Proceed by filling in following fields: Payer this value is preset with your name and address, as it is unchangeable element of payment order Debit Account by default system selects your current account, but you can select any other of your RSD accounts, that will appear once you tap on this field You can also see current balance of account you select in the right corner of this field to help you understand if you have enough funds to create a specific payment order. Code this field represents payment code. Predefined value is set as 289 but you can select other code from pick list, by tapping on this field. Amount is the field you enter amount of specific payment order Payment Purpose is a value that is field in automatically based on the payment code you selected, but you can also enter free text you want instead to help you identify specific payment order. Beneficiary this is the field you enter beneficiary name. You can also select the beneficiary from predefined list by tapping on the icon on the right corner of this field. Once you select the beneficiary from pick list all predefined values you entered will fill in (You can also save beneficiary details for future use please see full details in section Beneficiary maintenance) Location this field is used to type in address of the beneficiary. Credit account this field is used to type in beneficiary account. Model used to enter payment model Reference Number (credit) used to enter reference number of specific payment order. Urgent check if specific order is urgent or not Value Date enter the date you want your order to be processed in You can also find detailed mapping between standard Serbian payment orders: 20
21 and application: Fields in Serbian Payment Order: Дужник налогодавац Сврха плаћанја Поверилац прималац Шифра плаћанја Износ Рачун дужника налогодавца Рачун повериоца примаоца Модел Позив на број одобренја Датум валуте Хитно Payer Payment Purpose Beneficiary + location Code Amount Debit Account Credit Account Model Field in m-b@nking: Reference number (credit) Value Date Urgent Once you enter specific order details please proceed by pressing Create command. You might receive system warning in case you forgot to fill in specific field. The system will take you to conformation screen, presenting you with basic details of order you just entered (Note that at this point you can still return and change some element of your order). If elements of the order are correct, you should type in your 4-digit PIN code (that you can find in your security letter PIN mailer) and press Confirm Transaction: 20
22 Our system will confirm that you transaction is received and is waiting for execution and will provide you with unique reference number of your transaction. You can further follow the status of your transaction in View Funds Transfer screen. Now you can proceed with entering new payment orders with New Transaction option. BENEFICIARY MAINTENANCE This option will enable you to enter you payment orders fast and easy, by entering list of predefined beneficiaries. You can access it from you main menu by tapping the option Beneficiary Maintenance. You can delete or edit existing beneficiary details by using the recycle or pen icons to the right of specific beneficiary or enter completely new one by tapping on details icon in the top right corner. You enter new beneficiary by entering specific unique name (i.e. Electric Company Belgrade) than proceed by entering address in Beneficiary Location field, specific account (Beneficiary Account Number). You can also enter Model and Reference Number (Credit) in case each bill you are paying has the same reference (like i.e. with Belgrade utility company - Infostan) or leave it out and enter it manually each time you are filling in payment order. 21
23 VIEW FUNDS TRANSFER This option will allow you to view all transfers you made and crucially current status of each of them in our system. Following short list of statues will help you understand at which point of execution your order is: Status: LIQUIDATED REVERSED ON HOLD PROCESSING ERROR Description: This status means your order is successfully processed in our system. This status means that you order is successfully reversed in our system This status means that payment order is on hold either because it is created after clearing cycle (after working hours) or that you have insufficient funds on your account (which you can check in our application as well) This means that payment order will not be processed. In order to get complete details you can contact our tool free EUROPHONE option 9 22
24 SIGN OUT You should ALWAYS sign out of your application once you completed. You can do this by pressing sign out option from your main menu: ABOUT OUR APPLICATION APPLICATION COMMANDS AND MENUES This section will help you use and navigate through our application by listing and explaining major commands and shortcuts that were designed into EUROBANK following with latest desgin features for Android, IOS and Windows applications. Swipe command This command will allow you to access your main (slide) application menu any time 3 bars are presented in top left corner. You can do this by swiping your telefone left to right: 23
25 Main (slide) menu The main manu allow you to access and application feature in the list: Shortcuts You can find and use these schortcuts on several screens in your application CALENDAR shortcut allowing you to open a calendar and pick specific date from it (i.e. on Exchange rates screen) DEMO shortcut launching demo version of application or specific screen, where you can test specific functionalities of your EUROPHONE m-@nking applications (i.e. on Login Screen) REFRESH shortcut allowing you to refresh data on specific application screen (i.e. View Funds Transfer) SEND shortcut that will allow you to send details about payment order you entered to your 24
26 personal mail. You can find this option in Account Details, once you swipe right to view statement and select specific transaction. ADD shortcut that allows you to add i.e. new Beneficiary to your Beneficiary list SAFE AND SECURE In this section you can find details about safety features of your EUROBANK application as well as adviceon how to use your phone and your EUROBANK app in a safe and secure way. It is important to follow these simple tips to protect Yourself and avoid losing personal information. Why is it safe? Your EUROBANK m-b@nking application is a 3 level authentication systems, corresponding with Security standards for Information Technology Systems, mandated by National Bank of Serbia and best practices regarding development security guidelines for Android, Windows and IOS apps. Features You can use your EUROBANK m-b@nking application only once you logged in with correct credentials. You can make external payments only from one device that you previously register (see details about procedure for device registration in section How to enable your m-b@nking application to make external payments?). External payment you entered will be initiated only once you sign them with PIN code. Each transaction you make is uniquely referenced in m-b@nking application and payment system, unequivocally linking it to you as a maker. Each transaction you make is also forwarded to you with SMS. The security codes are provided to you in secure envelope and are linked to your user only. These codes are unknown to bank personal! Technology Your EUROBANK m-b@nking system uses unique combination of authentication codes, device recognition and application algorithms providing encryption for each transaction you make. Generation of codes via system algorithms and printouts ensure that codes provided are unique and known only to you. Keep yourself safe! Do not use your mobile or tablet while driving! Use EUROBANK m-b@nking safely! Always logout of m-b@nking application once you completed your work. This will prevent any accidental data entry and unauthorized access to your financial data.you should never share your m-b@nking credentials (login password, registration or PIN code) with anyone or store your credentials in digital devices. In addition you should keep security envelope that you got during registration in our branch (PIN Mailer) safe. 25
