Allow linkage with Employee Database System in order to access and automatically update necessary information. Allow log in with single username and password (same as Active Directory) Able to send to an address in an address book via application on smart phone Support security encryption of the information in Address book and personal profile. Information displayed based on pre-determined authorization/permission. Calling system Calling system The call can be made in both audio and video mode. Alert upon the missed calls Alert system for the missed calls is available in numeric form on the icon freecall. The user must be able to select on which device to pick up the call. Incoming call alert can still be received while working on background mode and when users clear applications on smart phones. Capable of recording the call history of at least the following items: Destination number, Incoming number and phone number of missed call. Keypad for the call must be according to the international standard of Softphone together with the dial and disconnection button which can be hidden if they are not in-use. Must display the photo, name-surname and phone number of the caller (Caller ID) on the screen. Capable of transferring the line to the other person in order to continue the conversation. Record the incoming call, outgoing call, missed call and the user can delete particular item of information. Capable of managing and administering the equipment via the Web Browser by the Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome program. Status of equipment such as CPU, Memory and Service Processor can be displayed. Capable of operating under 3G and 4G network (with no reliance on the VPN) both domestic and international. The controlling equipment and VOIP safety or called otherwise shall be required for controlling the encryption-decryption of the audio signal in order to ensure the smoothness of the communication between the smartphone device.

4 Instant Messaging Real time interaction Supports real time / instant messaging while online with texts and pictures. Offline mode Offline mode: when recipient is offline, the message will be stored in the system and will be sent out as soon as the recipient is online. A new message alert will also be sent to the recipient when recipient goes offline while sender is still sending messages, such messages will be displayed as unread messages. New message alerts New message alert will be displayed when there are new incoming messages. Group Chat Group Chat function Allow more than 50 group chats Group members are able to edit name and description of the group Group chat can be searched for using group name or group code Members can enter the group chat through invitation. Any of the group members are able to invite new members and when there are changes to group chat, online members will be notified automatically Members are allowed to leave group without any prior permission of the group admin Group members are able to share information by uploading/downloading files within the group chat System will automatically delete group in case the group becomes inactive for a certain pre-determined period Time and date display Time and date of messages sent will be displayed Read message Messages when read will be displayed Instant messaging stickers Instant messaging stickers are available and new ones can also be designed by users Status display Following status displays are available: Online, Offline, Busy (calling or conference in-progress), Away and Do not disturb (DND) Each users are able to change their status to Online, Offline, Busy (calling or conference in-progress), Away and Do not disturb (DND) Working on background New message alert can still be received while mode working on Background mode and when users clear applications on smart phones File transfer Image, VDO, pdf, word and excel files can be transferred, depending on each smart phone Chat history Chat history can be stored on server Transmission of messages Capable of transmitting the message for Thai and English languages News System News management system News management system must be able to be added, deleted or edited. Categorization Capable of categorizing the news. Video display Capable of displaying the video which is linked from the Youtube. Chairman shall be entitled as follows: Turn on/off the voice of attendees microphone; Select the presenter; Open/delete/save the documents; Flip the page/add the explanatory statement in supplementary to the document (Annotation); Communicate with the participants/presenter in form of text; Capable of commanding the conference system to make a call for inviting the participants; Record the conference; Watch the video on a full screen mode, turn the video on/off and drag the video window to be shown in any position on the screen; Capable of making an audio record of the conference; Capable of calling off the meeting immediately. Participant in capacity of presenter shall be entitled as follows: Capable of opening the document for presentation; Flip the page/add the explanatory statement in supplementary to the document (Annotation); Communicate with the attendees/chairman with the text; Record the conference; Watch the video on a full screen mode, turn the video on/off and drag the video window to be shown in any position on the screen; Capable of making an audio record of the conference. Ordinary participants shall be entitled as follows: Communicate with the Chairman/presenter/other participants in form of the text; Watch the video on a full screen mode, turn the video on/off and drag the video window to be shown in any position on the screen; Capable of making an audio record of the conference. Video usage: Compatible with the video usage at the speed of not less than 25 frames/second with the resolution of 360P, 480P and 720P; Capable of displaying the video windows of the participants of 6 windows; Watch the video on a full screen mode, turn the video on/off and drag the video window to be shown in any position on the screen. Presentation formats are as follows: Presenter can share the Application screen as follows: PPT/Word/Excel/PDF (and other files as applicable) to be visible for the other participants. The system shall display the screen only the displayed application; Presenter can share the screen (Screen Sharing) to be visible for the other attendees. The system shall display all of the presenter s screen. Presenter must be able to create a plain board from the tool menu. Upon the plain board is created, the page no. shall be running 1 page at a time and it is compatible with the tool function such as New page, Copy, Delete, Save, Zoom, Thumbnail, Full screen, Annotate/Delete annotate. Capable of recording the conference in both visual and audio form on the server and must be accessible for the administrator via the Web Browser. by start, stop, pause, playback record.

Capable of editing or deleting the created question unless the Poll has already commenced which the edition and deletion on the created question cannot be made. The Poll can be imported/saved. Upon the completion of the Poll, the participant shall complete the session by clicking the Confirm button. The Poll can be terminated automatically or manually. Alert function for the leave status to notify whether it is approved or dismissed or on pending. Can be approved or dismissed. G.711(A-Law & u-law),gsm,g.729 and G722 H.264 Safety technology is available with the encryption on the TLS, SRTP basis for the SIP Signaling and HTTPS for Web portal. Capable of setting the parameter in Mobile Application of each user from the management system and automatically download upon the initial commencement of usage.
