5 3. Fan selection program BSelect 3.1 Login and / or registration Login On this page you can chose between a guest and a registered access. With the guest access, you can get started immediately without registration and use all the benefits of the selection program Registration To make full use of the selection program, we encourage you to register. 7 3.4 Fan selection of the five product lines In this window you select the fan from the matching product line. Then click on the button forward. 3.5 Input operating data In this window, please select the mounting situation of the fan according to ISO Values for flow rate and pressure must be entered afterwards. Optionally you can enter the speed, the fire protection class for smoke exhaust fans and the maximum speed of the fan. It is also possible to enter the maximum permissible deviation of the operating point. After entering the required criteria go on with result list. 7

8 3.6 Result list After calculating the appropriate fans are displayed. Fans can be sorted by clicking the various columns. Now select your desired fan from the result list. 8

9 3.6.1 Technical information The technical information of every fan can be opened in the result list by clicking the arrow. Under the column technical information you can find the columns description, technical data, accessories, performance curves, wiring diagram, dimensional drawing, product specification and the download section. 3.7 Selection of the fan By clicking on the arrow under the field choice, the fan can be added to the product compilation. 9

10 3.7.1 Selection of the required accessories In this window you can define and enter the number of fans desired, as well as the necessary accessories. After entering the number of the fans desired, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the choose button to proceed further. 10

11 A window appears confirming the products added. Click OK to confirm and exit by using the forward button. 3.8 Product compilation After you have added the product to the product compilation, you can find the added number behind the fan. This number indicates the amount of the added products. By clicking on product compilation you will enter your personal shopping cart. In the product compilation you can view and check your products again. Furthermore, you can add and / or delete the numbers, discount or the accessories. 11

12 3.9 Output After clicking output the output window appears. In this section you can view the assembled fans as pdf-file and save. Alternatively, you can request your selection in the factory if you want this product in a different version. In the following window you can choose between inquiry and order. 12
