1 How can I register myself? Commercial customers within the EU, which have a value added tax identification number and commercial customers outside the EU have the possibility of generating spare part enquiries directly about DEUTZ P@rts. For registration please click on the button "registration". The registration is once only necessary and your address data will be saved in DEUTZ P@rts. After input of the address data you will receive your personal access data (user name and password) by within two working days. If you shouldn't get any in the mentioned time, please contact us under mailto:deutzparts@deutz.com. Your address data and the address are necessary for sending you the access data as well as an offer. Why do I have to register myself? Due to the registration and the received access authorization a renewed input of your address data is not necessary. What do I have to do if I have forgotten my password/user name? Have you forgotten your user name and/or her password, please click on the button "Have you forgotten your password or user ID?" and enter your name and the address. We will send you the user name and/or a new personal password immediately. How can I change my password? Immediately after your initial access, pls. modify your password under "my settings". The way to a successful spare part enquiry 1. Please select "products & search" and enter the engine serial number of the engine in "search for an engine number". Afterwards please click on the red button right of beside it. The engine serial number can be found on the engine name plate which is mounted at the engine.
2 2. Now, the engine type is shown. Use the fast control possibility that your engine corresponds with the shown in DEUTZ 3. Now all assembly groups are indicated (either as a picture or in the scroll bar). The subcategory can be selected by a double-click on the assembly group. 4. With a repeated double-click on the respective subcategory the spare parts will be shown. The picture of the assembly group becomes visible and indicates the spare parts with position numbers. All position numbers are listed directly under the picture. In this list the shopping basket can be arranged. The following approaches are available:

Button "Select all" By clicking this button, all spare parts of the selected assembly group will be slid into the shopping basket Mark positions A check mark can individually be placed in the part list before every position. Afterwards please click on the button "transfer to basket". All spare parts which were provided with a check mark are in the shopping basket now Shopping basket About the shopping basket button the spare parts can be slid directly into it. With the button " Deselect all", the selected positions can be canceled. Please don't forget to enter or change the required quantity in the list, The spare part quantity per position is so adjusted, that it is intended always for the repair of an engine or a cylinder unit. You can change between the individual assembly groups on the left side and fill the shopping basket with new spare parts arbitrarily.
4 5. Please click the button "shopping basket" twice to check the content of the shopping basket. The button can be found in the head navigation bar. 6. Now the arranged shopping basket is indicated. The select quantity, the unit price (only within the EU) and the sum per position can be found here. If a position shall be deleted from the shopping basket, please apply a check mark behind the position and click on the button "update". Please, indicate an order number as well as select the ship-to party before transfer of the enquiry. In order to forward the enquiry, please click the button "continue". 7. Requested changes of the enquiry can be done by the button "back", forwarding the enquiry with the button "send".
5 What happens with my shopping basket respectively my enquiry? You have the possibility to send your shopping basket to a DEUTZ P@rts Partner listed in the selection box. The shopping basket will be passed (button "send") directly to the chosen DEUTZ P@rts Partner. Our DEUTZ Partner will contact you immediately and send you an offer inclusive delivery time, delivery and payment conditions. If you shouldn't receive any answer within two working days, please contact us under deutzparts@deutz.com. Your DEUTZ partner will be shown directly in the shopping basket. If you shouldn't received an enquiry confirmation of us to your specified address within two hours after dispatch of the enquiry (shopping basket), please contact us under mailto:deutzparts@deutz.com Where do I find the DEUTZ Partner in my region? The DEUTZ contracting partner in your vicinity is always shown in the shopping basket. Furthermore you will find there your(s) responsible DEUTZ P@rts partner(s), as well as the notice to our homepage including all DEUTZ Partners worldwide. Availability and incoterms of the requested spare parts The availability and the delivery date of the spare parts in the shopping basket will be informed to you by our DEUTZ partner as well as the incoterms. Which payment conditions are available? The quoted payment conditions of the DEUTZ partner is valid. What happens at delivery of wrong spare parts etc.? Regarding wrong deliveries, missing deliveries etc., please contact the DEUTZ partner of whom you have bought the spare parts. What are Cookies?
