3 Due Date Changes: Users now may be given the permission to change due dates on tasks. The default permission is that a user is not allowed to change the due date of any task. Workflow Editor User role that allows a person, with this designation to change any date, for any task, for any user that is owned or in a work queue User Level Permission Allows a user to change the tasks that they own. They still cannot change due dates of work in queue or any other users tasks.

5 Due Date for New Tasks Tailor your new tasks specifically to your needs Start the task now Assign a specific date the task is due Or Set the task to start in a future work state when it becomes active Assign the number of days that are allowed to complete the task Assign to a specific person (Including yourself) Or Assign to a work queue Any user can reassign due dates and change the task description of newly added tasks

7 Notes: Work states with appointment tasks still force all asks to be set to the date of the appointment Ability to change due dates on pre-configured tasks is different and depends on user permissions Inactive tasks set for future work states start when the work state starts and the counter reflects the number of days allowed when task was created Tasks cannot be set for past dates
8 New Link Function Tasks links now open the Task Edit light box New Icon on Document Tasks Launches Document window-preselected to correct type
9 Workflows can be set to trigger any specific work state when completed That allows Looping work processes to automatically occur For example: Step one when That allows specific work path s to be set skipping unneeded work states based on conditions within a workflow
10 NEW- Workstates can now be configured for Multiple Scenarios, allowing the use to select the correct path When that path is chosen it is configured to move according to the correct next step
11 Sample LMN can now be downloaded in a RTF (Word) document format Displays all fields just like a LMN but can be edited in word, or similar, program Only available in General User s account. Not available for Secure Send to Portals

18 The form builder, until now, exclusively aligned related fields horizontally in a Row Order or left to right and top to bottom If there were multiple fields it would assign them from top to bottom Order is set for both: Relationship Count Exact x and y axis value It would do this for: Items Insurance Diagnosis Evaluation Participants

21 Field Order FIELD ORDER IS DIFFERENT!!!! Allows you to set the order of the fields by the tab order Any order can be set It will do this for: Items Insurance Diagnosis Evaluation Participants Don t over think it!!!!
22 The intake process is on one screen using a Numbered process Client information added / updated directly to the patient record Insurance information added / updated directly to the patient record LinkBack to Brightree Insurance verification page. Physician added here Roles like Practitioner and Clinician can be added

24 General User Permission / Role A general user is the base role for all users. It cannot be removed. These users can update their own basic information found in their user profile. Branch Manager Company Admin Limited by Branch The Branch Manager is intermediate level of permissions over General User but below Company Admin permission. These permissions that are similar to a Company Admin but those permissions are restricted to the branches to which they are assigned. This permission level automatically has access to User management in the Admin sections. The user also has access to a Branch level view of the Dashboard.
25 Company Admin Permission / Role A company admin is the highest level of permissions over General User and Branch Manager. This permission level automatically has the following access: Access to Admin section Company information Company logos Fax and inbound administration Document and Workflow Template Libraries Company and Branch Dashboards This permission has all of the following roles assigned automatically when designated as a Company Admin: General User Profitability Admin Workflow Editor
26 Brightree BDM Role The Brightree BDM role allows a user to push documents to the Brightree Document Management service. This user type also has access to the general Documents section and to the associated reporting tools. Brightree BDM Administrator Role The Brightree BDM Administrator role allows a user the ability to push documents to the Brightree Document Management service. This permission also allows the user to view and push documents that are pending a push to BDM from work processed by users who are not already granted access to BDM. This user type also has access to the general Documents section and to the associated reporting tools. Document Admin Role The Document Admin role allows a user to view the documents section visible in My Database section. This allows this user to view and edit all functions in this section such as creating and editing document templates and sets.
27 Marketing Rep Role A Marketing Rep role designation allows a user to be assigned to workflows in the Marketing Rep role. This role can be used to assign work for a variety of reasons. The Marketing Rep has a special permission / security level that prevents users with this role from seeing and work or data that is not assigned to them. That security layer allows for outside sales representatives (and other similar users assigned in this fashion) to input patient data, complete clinical work processes and complete documentation without the exposure of unauthorized access to protected health information. This role loosely translates to the same named role in Brightree as Marketing Reps and can be imported by a company admin into an account. The Marketing Rep role assignment must be manually added to Brightree for patient records and sales orders as it will not transmit automatically through the Brightree API.
28 Profitability Admin Role The Profitability Admin role allows a user to access and download additional output reports related to profitability and workflow metrics found in the workflow Advanced Search. Workflow Editor Role: The Workflow Editor role allows a user to change the due dates for any task assigned to any user or any task not yet assigned to a specific user found in a work queue. This designation is different than the user permission that can be set to allow a user to edit the due dates on their own assigned tasks. Work States Admin The Work States Admin role allows a user to view the Workflow Templates section visible in My Database section. This allows this user to view and edit all functions in this section such as creating and editing workflow templates, job types and teams.
