13 Visual identity When creating the new look concept for Professional Benchmark Consulting, we focused on simplicity, limited color palette and bright guiding elements referring to the logo. As a result of our work, we have prepared a brand-book containing visual identification guidelines, presentations, mailing examples, social media graphics and business cards. + MORE

16 Challenge Help in rebuilding the website due to low traffic on the website and problems in using it reported by patients. Business goals Providing information about the proposed offer and the wide range of services available to individuals and promoting the offer to companies Helping patients looking for specific information about doctors, opening hours, prices, etc. Refreshing the centre's image Attracting patients and encouraging them to use the services Facilitating registering for visits

17 Audit, in-depth interviews and usability tests - problems identified As a result of research and analysis, as well as quantitative data from Google Analytics, some problems were found: serious problems with the layout of elements on the website, information architecture and content problems. These problems have later translated into problems with: low traffic on the site, difficulty in finding information and poor overall evaluation of the site, impact on the image of the establishment, high rejection rate.

18 Solution Collaboration with Overlap Studio turned out to be exactly what we needed. We felt that we were involved in the whole process and that we were under the experts supervision. The new project is not only beautiful but also realizes all the hopes we have had for it. 23 Process We conducted the entire ux process - starting from gathering information about users needs, through creating the coherent business strategy, finishing at the designing stage. RESEARCH STRATEGY DESIGN RESULT

24 Research It seems that the idea of meetings with friends is very pleasant itself and people do it eagerly. So how can you improve experience of it? To find the answer we had to go deeper and verify whether there are any pains about this process. Research phase gave us a lot of crucial information about our target group (problems, needs and expectations) - personas, that we could use in next steps of ux process. SURVEY COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS IN-DEPTH INTERVIEWS PERSONAS

25 Strategy We prioritized requirements and problems that we wanted to be solved by the application and came up with an idea how to satisfy all of these needs. CUSTOMER PROBLEM SOLUTION We built the structure of the app using flows and diagrams. It helped us to design the logic behind the app and find all pitfalls. CUSTOMER JOURNEY SCENARIOS

26 PAPER PROTOTYPING Mockups, Design, Interactions Once we figured out solutions we wanted to test, we designed the entire system - think about all the logic of the application. LO-FI MOCKUPS IA FLOW DIAGRAMS

27 Result After couple iterations we ended up with the complete idea of a product - high fidelity mockups and the logic of the system behind it. Then we turned them into beautiful interfaces and combined with delightful interactions.

29 Usability Audit During the project we conducted detailed analysis of existing solution trying to identify problems. We discovered that the main issue lowering user experience was not appropriate presentation of many existing functionalities that sometimes might have been difficult to understand by target group.

30 New solution Workshops with the clients helped us to understand all proposed solutions and organize them properly. After this we started design process. During few iterations we managed to create flows, low fidelity mockups and final version of new application design.
