2 ABOUT ME I have over 13 years of experience in Graphic design and over 3 years in UX design. I have a background in IT engineering and have worked with top level companies such as Alibaba.ir and Hamshahri. I was always interested in UX, and in 2012, I started to study about it more seriously using many learning resources such as IDF. This led me to take on UX projects in Alibaba's marketing team and as a freelancer to increase my experience in this field. I'm a passionate designer, thinker and learner who enjoy percieving human bahaviour in a scientific way. Im always learning from experiences and try to review my mistakes open-mindedly. 2 About Me

10 01 Coalition Loyalty Program CASE STUDIES This project was about a coalition loyalty program, and I was the UX designer from start of project. Challanges: Encourage customers who use one or more brands in our program to use this system. Make a social network between users to get more impact from users. Convince more brands (containing offline and online) to join our coalition. How we did it: The project started with the UX and research team reviewing the user behaviors of two brands which had already joined the program. This resulted in creating personas for users, by combining these data with competitor researches, the team managed to create a user jorney map which led into the creation of a user flow in the whole system. By using this 10 Case Studies data, the team started to work on information architecture using card sorting tests. Later on, The sitemap was created and a wirefrme of the web pages was designed and were put to test by prototypes. What I did: Deep interview with stakeholders. Observing customer behaviors of two brands that already joined the program. Conducting competitive research. Building Personas with colaboration by UX Researcher. Creating Empathy Map and Customer Journey Map using brainstormings and research data. Creating site map using card sorting methods. Low-fidelity prototyping. Testing prototypes.

11 02 Jabama Automation Marketing WorkFlows CASE STUDIES The project was aiming towards increasing the website retention rates of registered users, so that it results in them paying for a service from them. Challanges: Frequency and number of the s in a way that is not annoying to the users. What title should we use in order for these s to be attention grabbing. What algorithm should we use for content creation, so that contents seem useful to the users. How we did it: The team included UX Designer, Content Manager, and a Digital marketing specialist. Using the data from our previous s and focusing on the open-rates, and also, benchmarking best practices from similar websites like booking.com, expedia and hetels. 11 Case Studies com, and combining them with the data we had from the successful marketing methods between Iranian users, the team gained a great insight on what should be done. This lead us to create score-based workflows which included the whole journey of a single user which could lead to a successful purchase. What I did: Analayzing Datas from our current users; Benchmarking the best practices with digital marketing specialist; Analayzing the best content practices with content manager; Defining a best practice for content creation algorithms; Designing the workflows with digital marketing specialist; Designing the layouts and visual look of the s based on heuristic values
