A. Civil Engineering Department 1. PSO is missing in15 out of 17 cases 2. NPTEL Video missing in 4 cases 3. SPPU exam question papers not found in 13 /17 cases 4. Topic wise list of recommended books not found in 9/17 cases 5. In semester question paper solution not found in some cases(4/17) 6. Laboratory plan not found in one case 7. Three staff members not reported for the verification B. Mechanical Engineering Department 1. Hand written notes not found in few cases for all units specifically newly joined staff. 2. Individual time table missing in some cases 3. End semester solution is missing in many cases 4. Topic wise list of recommended books not found in many cases. 7 Three staff members out of 34 were absent for the verification C. Computer Engineering Department 1 Gap identification not found in 8/18 cases 2. Objective questions not found in4 cases. 3. SPPU exam question papers not found in 11 /18 cases 4. Unit wise question bank not found in 5 cases. 5.Insemester question papers not found in 6 cases. 6.NPTEL Video clips not found in 6 cases. 7 Three staff members were absent for the verification

36 Important Terms One template design will be provided to the client for approval. Once the design has been finalized by the client, additional changes on the design will be charged extra. If logo designing is included in quotation then 2 logo designs will be provided to the client. 60% of the total cost should be paid in advance in order to initiate the project development. Rest of the total cost must be paid after the completion of the project before transferring the website to the original server. By payment of advance client is agreeing with this work agreement and by accepting to this proposal client is agreeing to our terms and conditions attached with this document. 37 Terms & Conditions The cost and expenses cited in this proposal are our best estimate given the information provided. They include meetings, consultation time, design, programming, and production time, and a reasonable amount of revisions. If additional information is forthcoming, project specification change, or the scheduling changes, cost and expense estimate may also change. For a web project, if Cost Description does not include any details about the web hosting or services or mail server or domain name services then it is the decision of client to determine the mail & hosting services and domain name for the website. Pure Technology will provide options for mail & hosting services, accounts and domain name. The effect of major changes, additional services, and delays cannot be determined until a final design direction has been established. If requirements arise for additional work or scheduling changes not reflected in this estimate, we will provide an updated estimate when the final design direction has been approved. We will provide the client with one template for approval; changes needed by the client will be incorporated in that template. Once the template & the summary have been finalized by the client, additional changes will be charged extra. Expected Period Displayed in Cost Description section is calculated after the date of final approval of the template. Client will provide Pure Technology with all the Trademark Images and the content / project images related to the website at the start of the project & only once Pure Technology receives the same, the project work will commence. Pure Technology expects the client to revert in 3 working days so that Pure Technology s timelines are not affected. Cost and expense estimate is appropriate for 30 days from the date of this proposal. Taxes are not included in cost and expense estimate. Miscellaneous expenses, such as deliveries, prints, messengers, and travel are not included, and will be billed at cost. We estimate them to be 5000 maximum. If needed original photography and original illustration or animation, their cost will also be estimated at that time. Usage for original photography or illustration beyond the web site might be additional. Animation cost will be charged depending on complexity. As proposed the site does not require complex Flash programming. If it is later required, it is available at per hour charges. Work not described in this proposal, including but not limited to revisions, corrections, alterations and additions proofs, will be billed as an additional cost at the hourly labour rate of Rs.500 per hour (non-negotiable). Pure Technology will make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of what is developed or designed, but is not responsible for the correctness of copy, illustrations, photographs, or for obtaining clearances or approvals. Client shall assume full responsibility for any accepted graphic recommendations from Pure Technology including, but not limited Client shall indemnify Pure Technology and hold it harmless from any damages, costs, or losses that might arise as the result of any actions against either party regarding products and/or services provided with regards to this project. Pure Technology will take normal measures to safeguard any materials entrusted to us. However, we are not responsible for the loss, damage or unauthorized use of such materials, nor are we responsible for the actions of the vendors and suppliers we utilize. Service providers will be responsible for any issues with the hosting services including domain name services, database services, and services, Pure Technology will not be implied to any issue related to hosting services or mail services. Client must respond to specific Pure Technology s inquiries in a timely manner and co-ordinate with the Pure Technology tech support team during the post development technical support. Pure Technology assumes the client s requirement does not change after sign off this quotation document. Design includes the look & feel, interface and graphics media design of the product. Web Development includes the backend and database development of the website, for which any web development language or technology can be used, without any prior notification. Any revisions, corrections, alterations and additions will not be treated as incompletion of project after the project will be designed and developed to structural level. Any changes to the flow/screen layouts or product requirements which warrants considerable re-work will be re-estimated and appropriate change requests raised to handle such changes. Pure Technology will follow the coding standards, naming conventions based on Pure Technology s coding best practices. It is client s responsibility to provide the necessary documented guidelines/standards during the initial phase, if any other specific standard are to be followed. Developed product will be deployed and delivered to client after the amount of the total cost is paid. Duration given is just estimate. It may take longer sometimes to design and develop a perfect product to make our client happy and satisfied. Any issue with the hosting services, hosting server, mail services or mail server will not be related to Pure Technology, and it would be the responsibility of the service provider only. If client elect to terminate this project, Pure Technology will invoice 50% of the lowest total estimate figure, or for actual work performed, which is greater, plus expenses? If SEO is included in the project, then it includes Google webmaster & Analytics account, on Page optimization, and making your product search engine friendly. Maintenance charges are subject to change without prior notice, and only be valid after 1 year of maintenance service.
