1 VISUAL STANDARD: ACCESSORY TAGGING ACCESSORY TAGGING Follow steps below to properly place price labels, accessory tags and wall art cards for lighting, wall art, clocks, pillows (pages 2-7). See page 5 for mirror tagging and page 8 for rug tagging. FRONT BACK NOTE: Stores will order labels from OnlineLabels.com, SKU: OL5225 WR, 2 X 1.25, removable white matte. Peel top Sale price sticker off and attach centered onto the front of the accessory tag. Flip tag over, and attach barcoded item sticker centered on the reverse side of the tag. NOTES: All accessory tags should have printed labels. The tags shown above are displayed for tagging demonstration only and do not all have their proper tag attached. 2 VISUAL STANDARD: ACCESSORY TAGGING- LAMP ACCESSORY TAGGING The hangtag will hang off of the spider on top of the shade. Place tag on the arm of the spider that is closest to the front right of the shade. The tag should not hang on the back side where the seam is located. Place the string of the tag under the arm of the spider and loop the tag through the opening of the string. Pull tight. STEP 3: Push the knot forward so that it sits closest to the spider. STEP 4: The string of the hangtag should fall down the shade about 1 to 2. The grey side of the hangtag must be facing outward. 3 VISUAL STANDARD: ACCESSORY TAGGING- WALL ART & SCONCE TAGGING Wall Art Hangtag Placement: On backside of wall art, clocks and mirrors, tape a printed accessory tag. This tag will be attached to the backside and should not be visible. It is for inventory purposes only. Attach an accessory wall card tag using ½ a square of wall mount putty centered on the back of the card. Hold for a few seconds to secure putty to back of card. First priority placement of the accessory wall card tag is parallel under the artwork and squared with the lower right hand corner. In some cases where the wall card tag will not fit under the piece of art, place tag to the right, in line with the bottom of the frame. 4 VISUAL STANDARD: ACCESSORY TAGGING- WALL ART & SCONCE TAGGING Wall Clock Hangtag Placement: Place the accessory wall card tag on the lower right hand side of the clock using ½ a square of wall mount putty centered on the back of the card. Hold for a few seconds to secure putty to back of card. Place a printed accessory label to the backside or battery pack of the clock. 5 VISUAL STANDARD: ACCESSORY TAGGING- LEANER & WALL MIRRORS Leaner Mirrors Print an accessory hang tag and attached on the back of the mirror for inventory purposes. This tag should not be visible. For leaner mirrors, place accessory wall art card to the right of the mirror on the wall 5ft from the floor using wall mount putty. Wall Mirrors STEP 3 & 4 Using wall mount putty, attach wall art card tag on the lower right hand corner of wall under the mirror. With a piece of tape, attach the string of an accessory hang tag on the back of the mirror so the bar code tag is accessible for inventory purposes. This tag should not be visible. 6 VISUAL STANDARD:ACCESSORY TAGGING- ACCESSORY PILLOW HANG TAG PLACEMENT ACCESSORY PILLOW TAGGING PRIORITY (one label per pillow): 1) On law label 2) On a zipper (when available) 3) Attach on right hand corner using upholstery needle ACCESSORY PILLOWS TAGGED ON LAW LABELS: STEPS: 1. Refer to the BNet for price label printing instructions: Operations> Storis Operations Documents> Storis Operations> Tagging>Printing Accessory Tags. 2. Place accessory label directly onto back side of the law label. Do not cover any writing with label. Center both tags on label, with the sale tag on the top and the barcode tag below it. ACCESSORY PILLOWS TAGGED ON ZIPPER: STEPS: 1. Refer to the BNet for price label printing instructions: Operations> Storis Operations Documents> Storis Operations> Tagging>Printing Accessory Tags. 2. Place string of hang tag through open hole of zipper. 3. Loop the tag through the opening of the string and pull tight. The knot should be touching the zipper. 7 VISUAL STANDARD:ACCESSORY TAGGING- ACCESSORY PILLOW HANG TAG PLACEMENT ACCESSORY PILLOWS TAGGING USING UPHOLSTERY NEEDLE: Follow steps below to properly attach accessory pillow hang tag using an upholstery needle if you cannot attach a tag through a zipper. Using an upholstery needle, properly attach accessory hang tag to the bottom right corner of all accent pillows. To begin, thread hang tag through open hole of upholstery needle. STEP 4 & 5: Loop the tag through the opening of the string. Pull the tag tight through the loop. STEP 2 & 3: Thread upholstery needle through the seam at the bottom right hand corner. Pull upholstery needle all the way through the pierced hole until the string pulls through to meet the hang tag. NOTE: For knit pillows without zippers: carefully thread the upholstery needle through the corner seam and through a space in the stitching in order to avoid snagging. 8 VISUAL STANDARD:ACCESSORY TAGGING- FLOOR RUG PRICE PLACEMENT Check to see if barcode is visible on the existing rug label. If so, peel off or mark out with a sharpie marker. Using packing tape, tape down all sides of the Bassett rug label on the front left or right corner of the rug. NOTES: * When placing a rug, make sure that the tagged corner is accessible. Print a label displaying the date for when item is back in stock. Place the Hot Item overtag over the Bassett SRP tag. Lamp Tagging Example NOTE: * FOR LIGHTING FIXTURE ONLY When a lamp is out of stock, bring accessory tag to front and hang HOT ITEM tag on lamp in fixture. When the item is back in stock, remove the HOT ITEM tag and return the accessory tag to back side of lamp, so not to be seen in the lighting fixture as per usual.
