6 Permitting procedure transactional database (LEMA) Since 2009 the licensing, enforcement, monitoring and assessment application (LEMA) is under development. Urban waste water permitting procedure in LEMA since May 2012 Managing the application procedure from receipt to final approval all EPA correspondence with applicant is electronic (two way) Electronic third party submissions are captured automatically Limited permit generation functionality for waste water IED permitting procedure in LEMA under current development Managing the application procedure from receipt to final decision Communication with applicants, specified bodies and third party Management metrics
