4 Mark attachments as PPAP relevant documents Functionality 1 PPAP is part of the APQP process, currently there is no possibility to identify the PPAP documents and e.g. download them jointly in order to create a PPAP package. Enable within the template which elements contain PPAP documents PPAP flag can be set manually or automatically depending on configuration at template PPAP flag can be changed by user with write access to particular element At all attachment screen a PPAP zip download can be created 2014 SupplyOn AG Page 4 SupplyOn Intern 4

5 Structure document versions at all attachment screen Functionality 2 At all attachment screen it is not visible which of the documents are old versions or resent version Implement a tree structure analog attachment screen Resent version is on top - older versions can be collapsed / expand with the plus / minus icon Table sorting relates to the resent version, within the tree structure stays according versions 2014 SupplyOn AG Page 5 SupplyOn Intern 5

6 Enable attachments for samples Functionality 3 A supplier cannot upload a delivery note, to proof that he sends samples to the customer. Currently this document will be send via . Sometimes it is enough to send just a picture of the product, this picture is also send via . Implement the attachment functionality also for samples Sample attachments have the default document classification All write user within the project can upload an attachment to samples Sample attachment can also be marked as PPAP relevant 2014 SupplyOn AG Page 6 SupplyOn Intern 6

7 Increase usability of project summary screen Functionality 4 If milestones within a program have many mapped elements, the user has to scroll a lot. Each milestone can be collapsed or expand, therefore a plus or minus symbol is displayed in front of the milestone name 2014 SupplyOn AG Page 7 SupplyOn Intern 7

8 Allow to create comment on overall level Functionality 5 If a customer discusses topics regarding the APQP with the supplier, they have no possibility to summarize the information within Project Management. Implement comment box on general level (project level) Every user with write access to APQP has the possibility to create a comment New comment is also displayed on status report (pdf and Excel) 2014 SupplyOn AG Page 8 SupplyOn Intern 8

9 Enter cancel reason Functionality 6 If a project is cancelled, there is no possible to describe why project was cancelled. 10 Change navigation Functionality 7 If the user navigates from a program to a particular project and then back, the user will jump to My projects tab, instead of the program If the user navigates from project search to a particular project and then back, the user will jump to My projects tab, instead to the project search screen Changed navigation form program and project search - user can click on save and back or cancel button and will switch to previous page 2014 SupplyOn AG Page 10 SupplyOn Intern 10

11 Add project closing date to csv report Functionality 8 Users want to report, how many projects they have closed within a time duration. This is not possible, because closing date is missing at the report. Project closing date of project is added as last column to csv list Project closing is displayed for closed and archived projects 2014 SupplyOn AG Page 11 SupplyOn Intern 11

12 Change traffic light status manually Functionality 9 If user closes an element, it becomes green. But sometimes customer wants to let the status as it was, but he cannot change anymore the status manually. Manual change of traffic light is possible, although if for element or sample closing date is set Traffic light will be aggregated to the project If user change traffic light manually a comment has to be entered Traffic light can only be changed manually as long project is in status active 2014 SupplyOn AG Page 12 SupplyOn Intern 12

13 Increase quick search results Functionality 10 If a user searches for a company or user the quick search displays only 5 results Increase possible results to SupplyOn AG Page 13 SupplyOn Intern 13
