5 Step 2: login to SAAS application Type your ECAS login and ECAS password and click on the "LOGIN!" button, you are redirected on the homepage of the SAAS application Step 3: start to complete the request You are ready to request an access to "Euceg reporting" in the authorization system (SAAS). Click on the "Step 2: select an organisation ->" green button - EU-CEG Page 5 / 10

6 Step 4: select the organisation Don't select a country as organisation but click on the "Open" button in front of the country to access to the organisations of the country. In case a country has multiple organizations listed please select the one which corresponds to the profile you will need. For guidance see Annex 1. - EU-CEG Page 6 / 10

7 Select your organisation and click on the "Step 3: select an access profile ->" green button. You are redirected to the following screen: - EU-CEG Page 7 / 10

8 Step 5: select the access profile(s) Select the access profile(s) (Country name_tobacco and / or Country name_ecigarette) and click on the "Step 4: type a comment ->" (bottom right), you are redirected on the following screen. Note that if you select an access profile for another Member State your request will be rejected. - EU-CEG Page 8 / 10

9 Step 6: complete the comment and submit the request Complete the "Comments" field if you want to give more inform to the Local administrator of the organisation. Click on the "Submit request access" button to send your request. - EU-CEG Page 9 / 10

10 ANNEX 1: Multiple organizations 1.2. Bulgaria (BG) Step4, in the organisation selection screen, the user must choose either the "Tobacco and Tobacco Products institute ", either the "Ministry of Economy". Selecting the "Tobacco and Tobacco Products institute ", the access profile must be "Bulgaria_Tobacco". Selecting the "Ministry of Economy" the access profile must be "Bulgaria_ECigarette" Czech Republic (CZ) Step4, in the organisation selection screen, the user must choose either the "Ministry of Agriculture ", either the "Ministry of Health". Selecting the "Ministry of Agriculture ", the access profile must be "CzechRepublic_Tobacco". Selecting the "Ministry of Health" the access profile must be "CzechRepublic _ECigarette" Hungary (HU) Step4, in the organisation selection screen, the user must choose either the "Ministry of Agriculture ", either the "National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition". Selecting the "Ministry of Agriculture" the access profile must be "Hungary_Tobacco". Selecting the "National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition" the access profile must be "Hungary_ECigarette" United Kingdom (UK) Step4, in the organisation selection screen, the user must choose either the "Department of Health", either the "Medicines Healthcare Products Reglatory Agency". Selecting the "Department of Health" the access profile must be "UnitedKindom_Tobacco". Selecting the "Medicines Healthcare Products Reglatory Agency" the access profile must be "UnitedKindom_ECigarette. - EU-CEG Page 10 / 10
