2 FOREWORD Supposed Execution Environment GSPc_Local 3.0 runs on the OS, the hardware, the browser written below. OS : Memory : HDD storage : Screen dimension : Required Software : Browser : Windows Vista, Windows 7(32/64bit) Windows 8 (32/64bit), Windows 8.1(32/64bit), Windows 10 (32/64bit) OS's footprint with 512MB (Over 512MB recommended) 25MB with the data size you browsed pixel or upper / 256 colors or upper GSPc_Local program Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
3 About Viewer The Viewer is the software that will be shown when you select the book on the Web-site. The Viewer consists of menu / tool bar, contents window, document window, document toolbar, and minimap window. You can modify window's layouts or visible states. Menu / Toolbar Contents Window Document Window minimap window 1 Menu / Toolbar You can set-up viewer's settings, and you can do some operations. 2 Contents Window You can view document' table of contents. 3 Document Window You can view the selected document's illustration. 4 Document Toolbar This lies on upper side of the document window. You can do some operations to the document. 5 Minimap Window You can see here the miniature version of the document window.
4 Menu Bar 1 File Go To Portal : Shows the portal web site. Print : Print selected book's range of pages you specified. Work Offline : Switch to the offline / online mode. Close Close All : Close the viewer. Close all the viewer when you launched some : viewers. 2 Navigation First Page : Go to book's first page. Previous Page : Go to 1 previous page. Next Page : Go to 1 next page. Last Page : Go to book's last page. Previous View Next View : Back to the last shown page on the browsing history. : Proceed to the next page on the browsing history. 3 View Contents Picture Mini Map : Toggle visible state of Contents window. : Toggle visible state of Picture window. : Toggle visible state of Mini Map window. Information : Toggle visible state of Information window. Restore Defaults Save Defaults : Restore window's layouts to default settings. : Save the current window's layouts as the default.

7 8 View Contents Shows the document window to full window size. 9 View Picture Toggles visible state of the document window. 10 View Information Toggle visible state of the information window. 11 Restore Defaults Restore window layouts to the default. 12 Page Name Search Shows the page name search window. 13 Text Search Shows the Text Search window. 14 Print Shows the print window. 15 View Memo List Shows saved memo lists.. 16 Recover Memos Recover saved memos. 17 Configuration Shows the configuration window. 18 About GSPcLocal Shows "About GSPcLocsl" window. 19 Single Book Download Download whole the pages of current book. 20 Manage Disk Space Shows the Data Cleanup window. 21 Connection Settings Shows the Connection window.
8 Document Toolbar 22 Select Zoom You can zoom in the document window by dragging the area you want to zoom. 23 Fit Page You can fit the document window to page size. 24 Copy Image You can copy the image in the selected area of the document window. 25 Add Picture Memo You can add a memo to the current illustration.
9 Opening Documents After you opened the viewer, the first page of the book will be shown in the document window of the right-side of the screen. You can select and open desired page by clicking contents window of the left-side of the screen. When contents window is hidden, click menu bar's "View" > "Contents." 1 Select the document to show in the contents window that located in the left-side of the screen. Show the page you want to see by clicking page title.
10 Modifying document's display size You can modify the document's display size. Fit Page Shows whole page into the window. Using the Select Zoom Select Zoom You can zoom in the area you want to see by dragging the area. Drag the area you want to see Zoomed in
11 Move in the documents Move by clicking Contents Window Click the page you want to see in the contents window. When contents window is hidden, click menu bar's "View" > "Contents." Contents window will be hidden after you clicked button at the right upper side of the contents window. Using Documents Move Buttons Click GSPc_Local tool bar's move button. Backward Foreward First Page Last Page Browse History Previous Page Next Page
12 Move by the document window's links Click the link in the document window. This jumps to the linked page.
13 Page Name Search GSPc_Local Tool Bar Search the current book's page name. 1 Click the Page Name Search button on the GSPc_Local Toolbar to show the Page Name Search Window. 2 Put the keyword and click the Search button. 3 Pages that matches the keyword will be listed. 4 By clicking search results, the viewer shows specified document page.
14 Text Search GSPc_Local Tool Bar Do the text search in the current page of the book. 1 By clicking Text Search button on the GSPc_Local tool bar, you can see the Text Search window. 2 Put the keyword and click the Search button. 3 Pages that matches the keyword will be listed. 4 After you clicked the search results, you can see the selected text to be highlighted.
15 Clear the search history You can delete candidate of characters you previously searched. By clicking Clear Search History, the candidates will be deleted.
16 Print GSPc_Local Tool bar You can print documents in the book, in range of you specified. 1 Show the page you want to print then click GSPc_Local tool bar's Print button. 2 Print dialog will be shown. Specify the printer to use, and print range etc., then click "Print."
17 * Specifying the print range Setting From / To Right click item you want to print in the contents window, then set the print range "From / To".
18 Screen Copy Click "Copy Image" button on the GSPc_Local tool bar or DjVu controller tool bar, then drag the image you want to copy. *You can paste copied image to the documents (Word, Excel, etc.)
19 Memos You can manage picture memos. Click GSPc_Local Menu bar's "Memos" > "Add Picture Memo," then you can write memo texts. Click GSPc_Local Menu bar s Memos > View Memo List, or View Memo List in the tool bar, to browse memos stored.
20 You can recover saved memos by clicking GSPc_Local s Memos > Memo Recovery, or Memo Recovery button on the tool bar.
21 Configuration / General You can set GSPcLocal's general configuration. Picture You can set picture's zoom setup or default layout. Language You can set viewer's UI language. Other You can set about History Size, printing, mouse wheel scrolling. - Search of kana characters of full-width and half-width You can set about searching condition that to search by distinguishing between full-width and half-width kana characters, or not distinguish them. - Open Tree in Content You can set the viewer to boot up with Contents (Index) tree all expanded. - Open Tree Level You can set this when Open Tree in Content is disabled. You can set the viewer s initial Contents (Index) tree expansion level.
