1 Overview This user guide will help you navigate NWProperty.net to search for commercial properties for lease or for sale. This site will allow you to access detailed information and demographic statistics on selected properties. Property Search Search for commercial property for lease or sale. 1. Go to NWProperty.net 2. Click the appropriate radio button to search for property for lease or for sale. 3. Use the drop down menus to select a county and city to search. 4. Click the button. Click the link to close the map. Click the address link or the property photo to view the property detail page of a specific property.

2 Navigating Search Results The search results page lists all properties that meet your criteria. Ten properties are listed per page. Click the link to view ten properties at a time on a map.
