4 Global Issues Add Missing address & phone to EventPrint.jsp and Event_Print.xsl print templates. [MAEDSS-8913] Create QP for LBOH database questions in the COM model. [MAEDSS-9291] Add "Assisted Living" to reference code list PLACE_EXPOSURE_TYPE. [MAEDSS-9319] Include LOINC/numeric combinations in ELR QA Report. [MAEDSS-9273] Create a report that extracts details from the Epi/Imm model that will give a file listing of all the towns and their Online/Offline status. [MAEDSS-9222] 4

6 Epidemiology and Immunization Modify Follow-up ongoing - Immunization Disease WFM and disable IMM Regional workflow. [MAEDSS-9296] VPD events will now flow directly from notification workflows to follow-up pending Label for HISTORY_JAPANESE_ENCEPH has a spelling error. [MAEDSS-9238] Include all IgM positives in Acute HBV workflow. [MAEDSS-9320] This will now identify IgM positives without requiring receipt of a teleform first Please add 'Connaught/Aventis/Sanofi' to Vaccine Manufacturer dropdown list. [MAEDSS-7684] This replaces the previous option Aventis Pasteur 6

7 Perinatal Hepatitis B Update PHB workflows with new LOINCs. [MAEDSS- 8547] Two prenatal-specific Hepatitis B LOINCs have been added Modify PHB letters not returned 2 weeks after printing workflow. [MAEDSS-9293] This modification will correct a problem with the current logic that prevents women with prior pregnancy status evaluations from entering this workflow. Combine PHB pregnancy status unknown workflows and make STATEFUL. [MAEDSS-9294] Phone calls have replaced letters previously sent, and cases missing ordering provider can now be triaged in the same manner as those with this information. This combines and replaces two outdated PHB workflows. This workflow will update more frequently. Retire two PHB variables and remove two print templates that are no longer relevant. [MAEDSS-9295] Add new variable selection to Series outcome dropdown menu [MAEDSS- 7062] The new option second series needed is now available as part of PHB case follow-up 7

9 RIHP In the Health Assessment QKPG, Under Other Targeted Tests, Child Question: Test Result should be a free text field. [MAEDSS- 8623] Change the variable answers HEALTH_ASSESS_SITE to the name of the site or a ref code, not phone number in Refugee Event Information Extract. [MAEDSS- 7232] Calculated field CASE_CLOSED should be based on POST_RHA_OUTREACH_CLOSED_DATE if it exists and INITIAL_CLOSED_DATE does not exist]. [MAEDSS- 7801] Remove unnecessary print docs from Refugee events. [MAEDSS- 6947]
