5 1 Getting Started Introduction Welcome to the Renalog RM Dialyzer Reprocessing Management software. This software is a Windowsbased dialyzer reprocessing management package that provides capabilities to analyze and manage automatic and manual dialyzer reuse operations. Renalog RM is designed to be used to support your Renatron Dialyzer Reprocessing System, and is linked through one or two interface modules. A scanner is attached to each module so that you can automatically input data from dialyzers, Renatrons, and your authentication badge. Renalog RM features include: Powerful Renalog RM power is associated with its ability to process large amounts of varying patient and dialyzer information. Flexible Renalog RM s ease of use is a result of providing you with an easy-to-read, graphical interface. Context-sensitive help is available at every menu option and window control. Separate Administrator and Technician Modes A separate Administrator mode allows program administrators access to security, management, and configuration features and restricts technicians from changing key program parameters.
