4 1. Login When you access URL of GreenAXIS CR into Browser, GreenAXIS CR will open login Screen. URL: Enter Company code, User ID and Password, and then click on Login button. Main Menu is displayed after login. All kinds of GreenAXIS related documents can be downloaded. Information from our company is posted. The main contents of the information are Green Procurement Standards and the system stop report etc

5 Download page Green Procurement Standards and Collective Registration Tool and various explanatory documents and manual etc. can be downloaded. Using function list The following functions can be used. Environment content management :This function allows you to inspect the registered Part/Material Information of own company. Company information management :This function allows you to inspect the information of own company and the plant. Environment management :This function allows you to register, update and inspect the ISO and check sheet of each plant. Logoff :close the system - 5 -

6 2. Inspecting of company information 2-1. Inspecting of company information From the menu bar, move cursor to System management and Click the Company information management under menu list. The Company information management screen will be displayed. It is given own company name on the company name automatically. test user - 6 -

7 Click on Search button, the information of own company can be inspected. When Company in the Show Mode is selected, the retrieved result of company information will be displayed. And when Plant in the Show Mode is selected, the result that related plant information will be displayed. The result is retrieved by Company in the Show Mode. Click the link of company code, the own company information can be inspected. Retrieve result when Plant is selected Click link of plant name, the own plant information can be displayed

8 Click link of company code, then the own company information can be displayed.(it can t be changed) Click on Detail button at upper right, detail information of company can be displayed.(it can t be changed) - 8 -

9 If click link of plant name in create company information (Detail) screen, or in Company information management Screen, create Plant information screen of object plant will be displayed.(it can t be changed) - 9 -

10 3. Register and Inspecting of environment management 3-1. Register of environment management From the menu bar, move cursor to System management and Click the Environment management under menu list. The Environment management screen is displayed. Select the plant which you want to register

11 The Create Plant information screen is displayed, and enters the necessary information. When acquire Certification, Select from Unacquired to Acquired, please input Date of acquired update, Certification body and Regist No. When acquire SONY GP, select SONY GP at Certification body and input others as above. Please select rating result at the rating. When it is necessary to rerate, please input improved rank at Rerating result. Please select check sheet after clicking on the Browse button. The entered items are registered

12 3-2. Update environment management You can want to update data as above. From the menu bar, move cursor to System management and Click the Environment management under menu list. The Environment management screen is displayed. Select the plant that you want to update

13 It displays the registered contents at last time, and then updates it if necessary. When you want to update certification, please update the object item. Please select Rating result when replace the check sheet. When you want to delete rating result and check sheet, check the box of Delete and click on Update button. If want to replace check sheet, please select check sheet after clicking on Browse button. Certification information is updated

14 4. Inspecting of Parts/Material Information 4-1. inspecting of Parts/Material Information From the menu bar, move cursor to "Environment content management" and Click the "Environment content management" under menu list

15 Retrieves by entered condition and displays Retrieve Result Screen. *The next page displays the actual data. Own company is selected automatically. Please enter the required items. Explanation of screen (Retrieval items): Display Latest version or all histories can be selected. Contents form Haven't Hierarchy (Disintermediation) Have Hierarchy (Stack) others (Except AIS) *The ALPS format is Disintermediation. You are unnecessary to pay attention to it when you use the system. Corporate It means register company of Parts/Material Information. It is given own company automatically. Declaration class Select format which "MSDSplus" "AIS" and "JAMA" are existed. *Data of Collective Registration Tool is managed as AIS. Public date It means the date that environmental information be registered. There will be displayed during the period. Own substance group Select from the substance group which is defined under the various regulations system and Green Procurement Standards. CAS No. CAS No. can be retrieved as a retrieval condition. P/product ID It means product number of own company. R/product ID Enter the ALPS Parts No. Product name It means register's product name

16 When you want to read all own Parts/Material information When you want to get result by own product number When you want to get result by ALPS Parts No Please enter and select other retrieval items if necessary. Click on Search button. Enter the Product Number at "P/product ID", then click on Search button. Enter the Product Number at "R/product ID ", then click on Search button. 17 4-2. Downloading of Parts/Material information There are two kinds of method. "Export" downloads Parts/Material data (The composition data is contained) "List Download" downloads the retrieved Parts/Material data as a list. When you want to download the Parts/Material data If check in checkbox that you want to output Parts/Material information, and click on Export button, then you can download the Parts/Material data. Moreover, please select format that you want to select output file s format, then click on Execute button. AIS XML JAMA CSV Own format :JAMP-AIS format :JAMA sheet format :General-purpose format When you pick out only the substance group that manages with CAS No. and ALPS. If output data by Own format, the data is outputted as follows

18 If output data by AIS and JAMA sheet,you can read data with the various supportive tools(like AIS input support tool or JAMA sheet ). If you want to download Retrieve Result, Click on List Download button, and then Retrieve Result will be outputted. Output displayed data in the screen
