3 What Is Supplier Web (ProChemist/AS)? Supplier Web is a web service for registering chemsherpa response files for suppliers used by the NEC Group. This service is used by some 10,000 companies besides NEC, including many of our customers. 6 Flow of Supplier Web Operation After receiving a request and checking the target product(s), create the response file with the tool and register it to Supplier Web site to complete the process. Arrival of survey reception/ Survey product verification A product survey request is sent to the address registered in the system. Title: [ProChemist] Request for product survey (date) [ProChemist] Product survey response delay notification (date) Creation of response file Creation of response file Create the file using the chemsherpa input support tool. chemsherpa Response file File registration Link the created answer file with the survey request and register it to the system. 9 Supplier Web Use Application Form Filling Method 1. Company Information Enter the company name and address (head office). 2. User Information The user information is the point of contact for this service, and the user is the login user who makes initial settings at NEC. Address, Dept., Position, TEL, FAX, Name, Enter user information. * address This is the address to which survey request notifications and the like will be sent. Only one mail address can be set. This can also be a mailing list. Permission to go public the Company Name and Company Code If you check Agree", your company name and Supplier Web company ID will be published on the ProChemist/AS user company list.
