1 Overview of General Dragon Commands Control the microphone Go to Sleep Stop Listening Wake Up Listen to me Make the microphone stop listening temporarily. Reactivate the microphone when it is asleep. Create new paragraphs, lines, and spaces Scroll Up Page Up Move visible page up one line Move the page up by a screen New Paragraph New Line Tab Press the Enter key twice. Press the Enter key once. Press the Tab key. Scroll Down Page Down Move visible page down one line Move the page down by a screen Space Press the space bar. Start Scrolling Up Start automatic upward scrolling Move around in a document Go to Bottom Move the cursor to the end of your document. Start Scrolling Down Scroll Faster Scroll Slower Start automatic downward scrolling Increase speed of scrolling Decrease speed of scrolling Go to Top Move the cursor to the beginning of your document. Stop Scrolling Stop Automatic scrolling Press Home Press End Move the cursor to the start of the current line. Move the cursor to the end of the current line. Delete and undo actions Insert After () Place the cursor after a specific word or words (must be visible on Insert Before () Place the cursor before a specific word or words (must be visible on Navigation Fields (Dragon Templates) (Variable regions are defined by field delimiters which be default are right and left brackets ([ and ]) Next Variable Move to and highlight next variable region Scratch That Delete That Undo That Backspace Correct and Edit Text Erase the last thing you said. You can say "Scratch That" more than once to keep erasing previous words or phrases. Delete selected. Undo the last action (useful for undoing commands). Press the Backspace key. To press it more than once, say Backspace 2, Backspace 3, and so forth (up to 20).
2 Copy, Cut, and Paste Text Correct That Correct [] Correct either the last thing you said or selected. Correct a specific word or words (must be visible on Copy That Cut That Copy selected. Bold <> Bold from <> to <> Bold <> through <> Italicize <> Italicize from <> to <> Italicize <> through <> Underline <> Underline from <> to <> Underline <> through <> Bold the specified or range of Italicize or specified range of. Underline or specified range of Bold That Italicize That Apply bold to either the last thing you said or selected. Apply italics to either the last thing you said or selected. Changing font SIZE as you dictate FOR: SAY THEN: 1 9 numeral [number] (Numbers one through nine should be dictated with the word "numeral" to obtain figure format.)
