2 1. Policy of the photocopier Students can use the photocopier in the boarding houses and you must be finished your print job in your boarding houses. Students can not use the photocopiers in the main school building except Senior Library 1F and ICT Support Centre. If you see the noace Students are not allowed to use the photocopier, do not use the photocopier. Students must be followed the policy of the photocopier.

3 2. Print Balance School is providing your print balance at 20,000KRW per year. Deduct balance A4 Black: 10KRW A4 Color: 100KRW A3 Black: 20KRW A3 Color: 200KRW Please save and use your print balance.

4 3. Access to the Print Website Access the Web site hsp:// :8081/info Type your ID and password Ex) > ID: ictsupport / PW: ictsupport ictsupport ictsupport

5 This is your personal print website and it s providing your print use state. Please click the CHANGE PW. ICT Support Name: ICT Support Detp : Student Balance: 20,000 Won

6 Type your current password and then new password. If you don t want to change the password, just close the window. Your ID and PW are using to the ID Card registradon. Please remember them!!

7 4. ID Card RegistraAon ** You can use your Boarding House photocopier a^er registered your ID Card. It just needs only once and you must do it. 1. Go to the Photocopier in your Boarding House and touch your ID card to the Card Reader.

8 2. Touch the ID box and then type your ID. Click OK. V ictsupport

9 3. Touch the Password box and then type your password. Click OK. ictsupport V

10 4. Check your account informaaon. Click OK. ictsupport 5. Now you can use the photocopier in your BH.

11 5. Print (imac_public computer) Print procedure: Login to an imac - > Send your Print file - > You Must type your print ID (User Name) - > Go to your BH photocopier - > Touch your ID Card - > Printout Ex) MS Word You don t need to type other secdons.

12 Go to your BH photocopier - > Touch your ID Card Or If you don t have your ID Card, type your ID & Password - > Printout Access Logout the screen aber 20 seconds later, if there is no job. Or if you click the Access buson, you can logout right away.

13 6. Copy Procedure: Go to your BH photocopier - > Touch your ID Card or ID & PW - > You can see the copy screen. Logout the screen aber 20 seconds later, if there is no job.

14 7. Scan There are two ways of Scan: Scan to e- mail & Scan to Web scan A. Scan to e- mail procedure: Go to your BH photocopier - > Touch your ID Card - > You can see the screen - > (Check the next page) Scan bugon - > e- mail ME - > Start - > Check your e- mail Logout the screen aber 20 seconds later, if there is no job.

16 B. Scan to Web scan procedure: Go to your BH photocopier - > Touch your ID Card - > You can see the screen - > Click the Menu - > (Check the next page) WEB Scan - > WEB Scan Box- > Start - > Check your print web site Menu

25 9. Tip. Using the Print website ICT Support When you sent many print files, you can check them on the website before you have printout. If you want to delete a file, you can do it.
