1 Notes de publication Instructions d installation Assurez-vous de posséder une licence pour le Lab 100 v9.0 avant d exécuter le programme d installation. Les clients couverts par la Maintenance Logicielle peuvent obtenir une licence auprès de leur distributeur local. Assurez-vous de mettre à jour le logiciel MSU vers la v3.0.06, soit en effectuant la mise à jour soit en effectuant une installation complète. Si vous effectuez une mise à jour depuis Lab 100 v4.0 ou supérieur, assurez-vous que le MSU soit alimenté et connecté, puis exécutez l application updatewiz.exe qui se trouve dans le dossier «MSU Update\MSU322 & MSU642 Update» pour mettre à jour le MSU vers la v Pour les versions de Lab 100 antérieures à la v4.0, utilisez l application makeusb.exe pour créer une image une clé USB bootable et réinstaller le logiciel du MSU Exécutez setup.exe avec des droits d administration pour installer le logiciel Lab 100 v9.00 Notes d installation Cette version inclut en interne le codec MP3 Lame, il n est ainsi plus nécessaire d installer un codec MP3 séparé Toutes les données concernant la configuration et les professeurs sont sauvegardées dans le dossier «C:\Documents And Settings\Shared Documents\SANAKO\Lab100\» sous Windows XP ou «C:\Users\Public\Documents\SANAKO\Lab 100\» sous Windows Vista et Windows 7. Assurez-vous de sauvegarder vos données régulièrement. Veuillez noter que certaines cartes réseau ne détectent pas automatiquement la vitesse de connexion, ce qui signifie que sélectionner une vitesse de transmission trop élevée peut provoquer des erreurs de communication entre le PC Professeur et le MSU. Dans ces cas, nous vous recommandons de forcer la vitesse de communication entre le PC Professeur et le MSU à 100 Mbps Semi-Duplex. Ceci peut être effectué dans le Gestionnaire de périphériques du PC Professeur. 2 Some MSU copy functions do not work well if student track folder has not been set. Setting a default folder will correct this. Using Windows text sizes other than 100% without Aero will cause the Lab 100 user interface to not function properly. 5 Additional delay has been added to the default session function in order to avoid problems in Multi MSU environments Free mode has been disabled in Recorded Response 'Makeusb.exe' and 'UpdateWiz.exe' do not work in Windows Vista environments The interface language selection does not affect the activity names in the activity list until you select Restore in the Activity Options In Free mode in Lab 100 STS, the student and selected source audio are saved on both channels and therefore balance cannot be used to isolate either one. 7 Software package does not include mp3 codec for Windows Vista. Fixed issue with multiple students using the Teacher Call, where the teacher software displayed the calls properly on the teacher screen, but answering one student's call caused you to lose all the other "help requests" on the teacher screen. The teacher would then have no indication of who else requested help even though the student UAPs would still have their help request light lit. Fixed issue in the Config program where selecting the audio sources would reset the classroom layout back to a layout where all the students are arranged by numbers. Lab 100 v. 6.0 MSU correction patch has been included in the MSU installation package. Changes from v. 5.0 SP1 to v. 6.0 How to update When updating from Lab 100 v or later, the MSU software must first be updated by running the 'updatewiz.exe' file. The 'updatewiz.exe' file can be found in the "MSU rev2\msu322 & MSU642 Update" folder on the Lab 100 v. 6.0 DVD. When updating from Lab 100 v. 4.0 or earlier, the MSU must first be updated to Revision 2. The instructions for this can be found in the "MSU rev2\msu Rev1 Update to Rev2" folder on the Lab 100 v. 6.0 DVD. If a multi MSU configuration is used in Lab 100 v.6.0, please verify that all the MSUs have been updated to the latest revision. MSUs with MSU software revision 1 cannot be used in multi MSU systems together with MSUs with MSU software revision 2 or 3. The Outside Call allows teachers to talk to Self-Access Students. The Outside Call button can be found under "Menu/Self Access Setup" Introduction button in the STS activities. The teacher may click the Introduction button to let the delegates introduce themselves to observers and interpreters before starting the STS activity. 9 A pair or group from one session can be used as the audio source for another one. Possibility to copy entire folders to / from the MSU Added a save bookmark button in the MSU file controls window that allows instructor to save the set bookmarks along with the MSU file.
