3 System Requirements Performance metrics should be established once a baseline system has been configured. There are many factors that contribute to the performance of the OneStop Reporting solution, including hardware platform, network performance, the number of concurrent users, the number of transactions, and the size and design of individual reports. 4 Obtaining the Software The software can be downloaded from the OneStop Reporting products site: Two installation files are available depending on your Windows system: OneStopReporting_v3.x.xxxxx.xxxx_Setup_x86.exe for 32-bit Windows systems OneStopReporting_v3.x.xxxxx.xxxx_Setup_x64.exe for 64-bit Windows systems Your Licenses Normally, you do not need new license keys when upgrading from a previous version. If you experience any problems related to your license keys, please contact your OneStop Reporting partner or send an to support@onestopreporting.com. Page 2

5 OneStop Reporting Release Notes Introduction 3.6 is a Service Pack only, containing fixes for reported issues. There are no major system or functionality upgrades in this version. Important: Installation if you are upgrading from a pre-3.0 version If you are upgrading from version 3.0 or newer you can skip this section and run the setup files directly. If you are running 3.0 or newer you do not need to uninstall the existing installation on your computer before running the setup files for 3.6. Read this if you are upgrading from a pre-3.0 version: Important 1: Since the release of OneStop Reporting 3.0 the installation procedure for OneStop Reporting applications has changed fundamentally. Now there are only two installation files for all products and combinations of Windows and Office. The only thing you need to determine is whether you run a Windows 32 or 64 bits platform. Also the terminal server installation and client installation is embedded in the same files. The two installation files are available depending on your Windows system: OneStopReporting_v3.x.xxxxx.xxxx_Setup_x86.exe for 32-bit Windows systems OneStopReporting_v3.x.xxxxx.xxxx_Setup_x64.exe for 64-bit Windows systems Important 2: Before upgrading to version 3.x it is important that you uninstall all previously installed OneStop Reporting versions. Important 3: The Integration Package needs to be upgraded for the integration you use. If you install version 3.x and try to start a report you will receive the following message: When you get this message you need to exit Excel or the OneStop Reporting application and start the OneStop Reporting Administration Tool (Start->OneStop Reporting). Choose the Repository Setup feature, then select the Integration Package option and choose to upgrade the Integration Package for the ERP system you use. Page 3
