1 PebblePad Known Issues Last Updated 16 th Fenruary 2017 Includes known issues for version(s) PebblePad 5 (V5) and PebblePad 3 (V3) Document content 1. Known Issues in Plus Known Issues in ATLAS 1702 A fixed date of indicates that the release is planned for February/March 2017, if it states it is planned for April 2017.

2 1. Known Issues (Plus) Linked Accounts This is a specific issue that only affects users who have linked accounts at two or more organisations (excluding personal accounts). If one organisation upgrades to V5 and the user opens an asset from the other organisation's account (V3) through their V5 account and makes changes, the updated asset will no longer be available to open in V3. Comments There is no loss of content with this issue. If a version of the asset must remain viewable in v3 we recommend copying the asset and editing the copy in v5 1. Find the Asset in the Asset Store in V5 (Do Not click on the Asset title) 2. Click on the "i" to the right of the Asset 3. Click on the "I want to" option 4. Choose "Take a copy" 5. Click the "Take a Copy" button : N/A In order to be innovative and offer progressive features in the latest version of our system it is not always possible to support backwards compatibility. In this case PebblePad is working as we would expect and the issue will be rectified as customers upgrade to V5.

3 Radio button selection not remembered after adding a signature on certain mobile devices When creating a form response using an old and/or slow device, radio button selections are lost after a signature is added and the response is locked. Comments This issue was recreated using Android devices with older mobile operating systems - versions and 4.3 (code name Jelly Bean) Please upgrade to a later operating system to take advantage of performance improvements. We support the 4.4 (code name KitKat) operating system and above. Fix Date: In order to provide the best experience for our users we are unable to support earlier operating systems. Pages released in a workbook cannot be previewed via the Pebble+ Home screen When new pages are released in a workbook they cannot be previewed from the 'things you need to know' panel (on the Pebble+ Home screen). This is because the workbook is opening in preview rather than edit mode. The user needs to toggle to edit and save the newly released page(s) before viewing them in preview mode

4 A copied resource cannot be edited via the 'I want to' option When you copy a resource in your resource store it cannot be edited via the edit button under I want to option You can still edit the resource by clicking on the title and then selecting the Edit resource option. : External users are intermittently forwarded back to the login page There is currently an issue that prevents external users logging into the system depending on their internet connection speed. If the connection is quick they are denied access before the logon service can redirect them to the external s area. This issue is currently only affecting V5 organisations and unfortunately we do not have a workaround at this time. Deleting files from external services prevent assets from loading in PebblePad Deleting a file from an external service such as OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox which has also been embedded in a PebblePad asset may prevent the asset from to loading in Plus and ATLAS.

5 Unable to scroll on an ipad when the sharing modal is opened On an ipad when you access the share option via the I want to button on the info panel the scrolling stops working and prevents you from accessing options further down on the list The scrolling works fine if you select the asset from the asset store and then use the 'I want to...' button from the bottom right hand side of the screen or open the asset and use the 'I want to...' button on the top right hand side of the screen. Workbook content is not saved from a locked page This issue affects workbooks that contain verified and locked pages. If you have unsaved content on any editable page and then navigate to the a locked page before clicking the save button the unsaved content on the editable page(s) is not saved In order to save content on the editable pages, navigate to any editable/unlocked page of the workbook before clicking the save button

Known Issues (ATLAS) Banner images from external services cause an error for ATLAS submissions ATLAS submissions display an error when images from external services such as OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox are used as the asset banner images. available Uploading the Image directly into PebblePad before using it as a banner or a background image will resolve the problem Issues with direct file uploads When you submit a file directly to ATLAS users get redirected to the submission page automatically. There is no confirmation message to inform the user that the file has been uploaded successfully, users will have to manually refresh the page to see their file on the submissions page. If there are multiple assignments on a workspace, you always get re-directed to the first assignment instead of the assignment that the file was uploaded to. available To ensure the file has been successfully submitted, the page needs to be manually refreshed and users need to ensure that the correct assignment has been selected from the dropdown list on the submissions page. This specific issue will not be fixed, however the problem will be resolved when the revised ATLAS interface is introduced.
