2 Five erpm sub-tabs used in DR auction setup 1. Pre-Registration Confirmation DR Auction Setup in erpm Participants are provided a list of their current registrations and select those they plan to contract with for the future Delivery Year 2. Coupled Resources Allows participants to couple DR resources of different Product Types 3. DR Existing Setup Participants allocate the confirmed MW from Pre-Registration to individual DR Resources within each zone/sub-zone 4. DR Planned Setup Participants submit their Planned MW by zone/sub-zone. Upon approval from PJM, participants then allocate those MW to individual DR Resources 5. DR Historical Data Screen provides historical DR data for use in the new DR Sell Offer Plan Template 2

3 DR Pre-Registration Confirmation Participants are provided a list of their current registrations confirmed in the elrs system Includes/excludes registrations involved in CSP switches for that DY Participants select those registrations that they reasonably expect to have under contract for the future Delivery Year The selected registrations will form the basis of their Existing DR to offer in the auction Must be completed during auction Pre-Registration window 3

5 DR Coupled Resources Participants can couple their modeled DR resources of different Product Types within the same zone/sub-zone DR Coupling should be completed prior to the allocation of MW for Existing and Planned DR Detailed erpm instructions on how to create DR Coupled Resources can be found on the RPM Auction User site Must be completed during auction DR Setup window 5

7 DR Existing Setup Participants are provided the following data grouped by zone/sub-zone Pre-Registration Existing MW = Sum of confirmed sites in Pre-Registration tab Committed MW = Sum of DR commitments for auction Delivery Year Existing Available MW = Pre-Registration Existing MW Committed MW A list of all modeled DR resources along with their Product Type and coupled resource name if applicable If Existing Available MW is positive, participants may allocate those MW to their modeled DR resources to offer in the auction Enter the allocated MW amount by clicking on the blue text under Existing MW to Offer column For uncoupled DR resources, the sum of Existing MW to Offer cannot exceed Existing Available MW For coupled DR resources, the max Existing MW to Offer cannot exceed Existing Available MW Must be completed during auction DR Setup window 7

9 Two step process DR Planned Setup 1. Participants specify the MW amount of Planned DR they wish to submit in each zone/sub-zone for the auction Enter the Planned MW by clicking on blue text under the Planned MW column The Planned MW specified in erpm should equal the amount submitted in the DR Plan Documentation 2. Upon approval from PJM, participants may allocate the Planned MW to their modeled DR resources to offer in the auction Enter the allocated MW by clicking on blue text under the Planned MW to Offer column Zone/sub-zone allocated MW sub-totals cannot exceed Approved MW Enter a MPCE by clicking on blue text under the MPCE column The credit requirement is calculated using the Pre-Auction Credit Rate or MPCE if specified Credit Standing will remain Pending until PJM reviews the posted collateral and updates standing to Posted Must be completed during auction DR Setup window 9

12 DR Historical Data in erpm DR Historical Data is for informational purposes only and should be used in participant s DR Plan Templates 12

13 DR Plan Template CSPs should submit the same Planned MW in both the DR Plan Template and erpm system Existing Nominated DR Value should equal the Existing Available MW in erpm The Historical Zonal Max Registered and Max Cleared can be found in the DR Historical Data tab in erpm 13

14 DR Resource Sell Offers Participants that have allocated Existing or Planned MW to their DR resources may submit sell offers for those resources during the auction offer window erpm screen displays the Existing, Planned, and Total MW (ICAP) available to be offered in the auction for each DR resource Planned MW will be zero until PJM reviews the posted collateral and updates credit standing in DR Planned Setup to Posted Upon sell offer submittal, erpm will validate that the sum of the Max MW specified for each segment on a DR resource offer does not exceed its Total Available MW (ICAP). For credit limited offers, participants should specify a MPCE no greater than the amount entered in the DR Planned Setup tab erpm will not allow any changes to the DR Setup tabs during the auction offer window 14

16 BRA DR Setup Timeline 4/5/ registrations must be confirmed in elrs to be included in DR Pre-Registration 2.
