1 Scholarship Review Training Login Procedures 1. You have (or will receive) an from Community Force with your login credentials. This will be your address and a password. 2. Open your internet browser to 3. Enter your address and the password provided in the you received. (You may change your password to a new personal password after logging in to your account by clicking, Change Password, at the top of your dashboard.)

2 Scholarship Review 1. Your dashboard will show the scholarships that you are assigned to review. 2. Click on the scholarship that you wish to review. 3. The panel will show you the applicants for you to review and score. 4. Click on a name or APP-ID to review and score the applicant. 5. The Applicant Score Sheet will appear. 6. The application appears in the right hand panel 7. The scorecard appears in the left hand panel

4 Items to note *Are you a 21st Century Scholar? Graduating High School In the Essay Section: There is one long and three short essay questions Links to the Recommendation Letters,Transcripts and other REQUESTED DOCUMENTS are displayed in the application but not the actual documents. ALL OF THESE DOCUMENTS ARE LOCATED AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE APPLICATION. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these documents. 5 The Scoring Panel lists the criteria that has been established for the scholarship. Select the appropriate score from the dropdown box. Score all Required Scoring Required Scoring Fields are marked with * Your scholarship(s) may have Comment boxes for making notes or to give your rationale for scoring a particular item. When you are finished scoring an application, scroll to the top or bottom of the screen and click Save & Exit. You will now see that the applicant has been completed, your score and perhaps a scoring comment Note: The Green Export to Excel button above the Scoring Comment. You may export your scoring when you have completed your review of all applications. Continue to review and score all assigned applicants until you are finished. It is not necessary to do all of your reviewing and scoring in one session. Your assignment to the scholarship is completed when all applicants are marked 100% under Percentage Completed. Note: The system does timeout if there is no activity within 20 minutes. The timer will reset if you click on Save, Save & Exit or Exit without Save.
