2 1 Intrductin Fr a safe and damage free transprt f SOLARWATT slar panels please fllw the instructins f this manual. Fr transprt damage caused by neglecting the described packaging rules the sender will be charged. The packaging material described in this manual, can be btained frm the SOLARWATT sales department. A reuse f distributed packaging material is pssible, presuming the material shws n damage. The panel typ can be extracted frm the label n the mdul backside. Regarding the packaging f the panels please fllw the instructins given in sectins NOTE: Please clearly label the package with a) pictgrams, b) a cardbard pyramid stuck n tp t prevent stacking and c) return papers (essential). Infrmatin regarding the pictgrams, and the cardbard pyramid are listed belw in sectin 2. 2 Parts List Palette Please use the riginal SOLARWATT palette adapted t the panel size. Only the riginal palette ffers sufficient stability and lad capacity fr a damage free transprt f the panels (e.g. micr cracking f slar cells). Crrugated Cardbard Underlayment Place a crrugated cardbard underlayment flush t the palette size t avid any scratching f the surface f the panel (framing and glass surface), due t the rughness f the palette material. 5 3 Packaging Instructin 3.1 Step by Step Instructins fr Packing Piece Assembly Check palette regarding bvius damage befre usage Place the palette n a plane and stable surface, cnsider necessary space fr handling and final transprt Place the crrugated cardbard underlay centered n the palette. (flush with the palette) Place the slar panel with the frnt side (sunny side) twards the palette n the cardbard under-lay, the mdule has t be psitined centrically n the palette allwing an even circumferential verlap f the palette edge Put 6 fam pads n the panel frame in accrdance t scheme shwn in the figure (2 pc. at the each lng side, 1 pc. at each shrt side) Psitin 4 QuickStaxx stacking devises at each panel edge. THE PET STRAP HAS TO BE APPLIED WITHOUT DISTORTION Fr Weldable Straps - CAUTION! THE STRAPS HAVE TO BE WELDED FLUSH WITH EACH OTHER (REGARDING THE STRAPS WIDTH), AN OVERLAPPING OF MORE THAN 10% OF THE STRAPS WIDTH (NOT BONDED AREA) IS NOT ALLOWED, THE BONDED AREA MUST EXHIBIT AN SUFFICIENT SIZE AZ-TM-PMS-0949 Rev /2017 Seite 6 / 9

USE WEATHER RESISTEND PADS BETWEEN THE RATCHES AND THE PANEL FRONT SIDE TO AVOYED ANY CONTACT OF METAL AND GLASS (GLASS BREACKAGE) 3.3 Stretching and Labeling f Package Piece: We recmmend t cver and wrap the package using the material described in the parts list. The labling f the package using the fllwing transprt instructins (pictgram) is mendatry UP HERE FRAGIL KEEP DRY DO NOT STACK DO NOT TILT The transprt instructins can be displayed n a circumferentially applied, visually highlighted tape as shwn in the figure belw r n at least 2 sides f the package using the print template prvided by this dcument. Please ensure clear readability f the transprt instructins (pictgram) fr the whle transprt. T prevent a mistakingly carried ut staking (by the shipping cmpany r thers) please bnd the cardbard prtectin pyramide (DO NOT TOPLOAD) t the package tp.
