2 vterminal Allows you to manually key in Sale, Check (if setup), Credit, Void, AuthOnly, Post Auth transactions and Gift Cards (if setup).

3 vterminal Retail Swipe With the Retail Swipe feature, you can swipe directly on the virtual terminal using a USB keyboard emulator swiper as long as the industry type is setup to Retail.

4 vterminal Allows you to manually key in Check transactions if you are set up for it.

5 vterminal Allows you to manually key in Check Credit if setup with Checks.

6 vterminal Allows you to manually key in Credit (refund) a card.

7 vterminal Allows you to manually void a transaction if the batch is still open.

8 vterminal Allows you to manually key a pre-authorization.

9 vterminal Allows you to manually key in the card information for a pre-authorization to be captured.

10 vterminal Allows you to manually key in a Gift Card transaction if setup.

11 vterminal Through the Gift Card Tools, you can activate a card, add value, or check the card balance on a gift card.

12 Sale Form Allows the merchant to run a one time sale. Similar to the v-term sale tab except the Sale Form has a place for shipping information.

13 Customer Database / Recurring Billing You can store customers in the database for future one time sales/refunds or add a recurring schedule.

14 Customer Database / Recurring Billing Can store multiple payment methods Default payment method is credit card. If merchant is signed up for check processing, they will also have the option to add a check payment method.

15 Customer Database / Recurring Billing Recurring Billing can be enabled at any time once customer is in the database. Choose from multiple options such as daily, weekly, monthly, annually, etc. Can select to have the customer receive a receipt every time the schedule is run.

17 Customer Database / Recurring Billing Billing Preview allows the merchant to see when recurring billing will occur. Billing Preview also shows you the cumulative amount that has been and will be collected for each customer.

18 Customer Database / Recurring Billing Billing History shows each recurring billing transaction and DB v-term transaction that has taken place. You are able to see the authorization number for approvals and error/decline message for non approvals.

19 Products The Products tab allows you to add inventory that will sync up with the mobile application. There is no limit to the amount of items you can add.

20 Batches All approved transactions are sent to the batch. From here you can issue a void (if batch is still open), close the batch manually, or look at the details of the transaction.

21 Reports Many pre-made reports are available. Each section has its own sub categories depending on what type of report you would like to see. For example, the Sales by Users report will break down the transactions by each user so you can keep track how many sales/refunds they are processing. With our Custom Reports feature, you can create your own reports with your choice of headings and transaction type.

22 Reports Each report will show you the last 30 days worth of transactions by default You can change the start and end dates to show a longer or shorter time period Reports can also be exported to a CSV file

23 Search You can search the database with the name of customer. With Advanced Search, you are able to find a transaction with any piece of information you may have such as the dollar amount, last 4 of the card, transaction ID, authorization number, etc. You can pull up transactions as far as 36 months.

24 Settings Under Settings, you can add your preferences such as: Time you want your batch to close (every few hours or a specific time) Who should receive the when each batch closes Whose should show under the From field when their customer receives an receipt What time to run recurring billing Other things that can be done are create/delete/edit/ users, customize receipts, and create a payment form.

25 epayment Forms epayment forms can be customized to suit your needs; Colors, logos and fields can be customized with HTML There is no limit to how many source keys or epayment forms that can be created

26 API Quiq Payments offers an extensive API that allows different commands to be passed through the gateway. More information can be found at

27 Fraud Center Our Fraud Center allows the merchant to select what parameters a transaction has to match into order for them to accept it. The AVS Fraud Module allows you to select what address/zip match combination from each transaction you want to go through. You can choose to only accept transactions whose address and zip code match the AVS or not.

28 Fraud Center The Bin Type Blocker allows you to select if you want to accept debit cards only, credit cards only or a combination.

29 Fraud Center The Block by Country module assists the merchant to block or allow transaction based on the country they come from.
