1 Shoot Guide & Pricing Session Options (must make deposit before an appointment will be given): Standard Portrait Session for Families, Couples, Children, etc. One location, no outfit changes, up to 40 minutes Gallery of approximately 20 pictures to choose from Required Deposit: $175 ($75 for the shoot fee; $100 towards picture order.) Extended Portrait Session for Families, Couples, Children, etc. Up to two locations, one outfit change, up to one hour Gallery of approximately 40 pictures to choose from Required Deposit: $225 ($100 for the shoot fee; $125 towards picture order.) Babies, six months and under Multiple outfits. These are time-consuming shoots, and the number of pictures in the gallery depends on how the session goes. Sessions are up to 3 hours Required Deposit: $300 ($150 for the shoot fee; $150 towards picture order.) Little Fawn Plan This plan incorporates 5 sessions: Newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and choice of either maternity or 9-month session. Full price must be paid at time of booking. High-School Seniors Up to 4 outfits and locations Gallery of approximately 80 images to choose from Required Deposit: $350 ($150 for the shoot fee; $200 towards picture order.) High-School Seniors, Add-ons Additional shoots: Once a senior has done the above shoot, they are eligible to add on as many sessions as they want, until they graduate, for $40 Seniorista: Seniorista is a program for seniors that love being in front of the camera. For the start-up year, it is only $75 to join, and allows you first choice at special shoots, ads, and community service projects. 7 Policies Per Oklahoma law, we charge applicable sales tax on all purchases. Deposits must be made before an appointment will be given. Digital rights: Once you have spent $350 on prints, excluding shoot fee, you will be allowed to purchase digital rights at $40 per image. You forfeit 100% of your deposit if you no-show with no notice, except in cases of legitimate emergencies. If you give less than 48 hours notice, you forfeit 50% of your deposit, and the other 50% will be given in studio credit. If you give more than 48 hours notice, you will be given 100% of your deposit in the form of studio credit, or you can elect to be given 75% of your deposit via check. Once the shoot has taken place, the deposit will not be refunded, in part or in whole. There is a $50 fee on any returned checks. All sets, indoors or out, are the property of LaMon Photography and cannot be photographed by clients. Cell phones and cameras are not allowed during your session. Please do not be either unreasonably early, or late, to your appointment. If you are late, the amount of time will be deducted from your shoot. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your shoot will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. Come to your appointment ready to shoot. Any time used at the studio for dressing, styling hair or applying makeup will be deducted from your shoot time. Online galleries are an aid for the client. They are of low resolution and not suitable as finished work. They are not to be reproduced or shared in any way, or future access will be denied. Photographs posted on social media by LaMon Photography may be shared or used for profile pictures, etc., but they are not to be cropped or edited in any way and the LaMon Photography logo must be clearly visible. Gift Certificates are good for six months. Studio credit is forfeited after one year. LaMon Photography will travel within 15 miles (one way) of the studio at no additional cost. Travel between 16 and 40 miles (one way) costs an additional $35. For travel more than 40 miles, please ask for an estimate. Advanced editing (above and beyond what is considered normal) of photos will be done at $10 per image. Examples: Filling in thinning hair line, considerable weight reduction, fixing chipped nail polish, touching up hair roots.
