6 Choose a Product Click on product category Scroll down to view template options Click select under template choice Click next at bottom of page to continue 3

7 Confirm Selection - Choose Back Choose template back. In some cases there may be an additional charge for a color back. Verbiage shown is sample only. You will create your own verbiage on the order build page. Click next to continue. 4

8 Personalizing your Order Name your Order. You may Edit your contact information. Remember to save as default if you make changes. Branch Return Address should remain as default. 5

9 Adding your Headshot 1 To upload a new headshot Click the upload Button (1), click Browse (2), find your photo (3) then double click on it, click upload (4). See graphics to right. To use headshot in headshot gallery Choose photo name from the drop down box in Assign Headshot section

10 Uploading Property Photos Options 1. Upload photos See previous page for instructions on uploading photos. 2. Retrieve photos From VHT If you used their service. 3. Get photos from a previous order. Assign Photos from Photo Gallery using drop down box(s). Photo Quality Check resolution under uploaded photos. Pay attention to warnings! Never use photos lower than 175kb. NEVER use MLS photos or photos taken from any website. They will produce LOW quality images. 7

11 Adding Verbiage Complete boxes as suggested. Keep within character count and avoid blank lines to achieve a larger font size. OR Use Suggested Copy for convenience. Insert MLS# for JLJS Orders. Click Proof Order. Note: info boxes will vary depending on the template. 8

12 Proofing your Order Enlarge images and proof carefully. Orders are printed within 2 minutes!! Check Customer Agreement boxes. Click next. 9

13 Mail or Ship? We will print YOUR addresses on YOUR postcards for no charge. Use our Complete Mailing Service and save time and money! NOTE: you MUST choose Complete Mailing Service when Ordering JLJS postcards to receive available co-pay. 10

14 First Class or Standard Mail? Choose mailing service you require. Pay attention to Post Office estimated delivery times. Note: prices shown will vary by products. 11

15 Choosing your Mailing List Great Flexibility for Addressing Use a list you have already uploaded. Upload a new list.* Buy a list from us.* Radius, Street Search and NEW Demographic option. *Instructions on following pages. 12

16 Uploading Address Lists 1 To upload a new address list Click the Upload Button (1), click Browse (2), find your list (3) then double click on it, Click upload (4)

17 Uploading List - Check Upload Check address is formatted correctly in blue box. Then click next at bottom right of page. List can be reformatted by using the drop arrows next to each field. Click Update to apply changes to complete list. Call the help desk if you need help at this stage. Some tax records may need a little tweaking

18 Uploading Lists - Name List DO NOT add Or Current Occupant to list if using First Class mailing. (Unless Prompted to do so by our system). ALWAYS add Or Current Occupant for Standard mailings. Name your list. Click Approved. Your list will remain in your Xpressdocs Address Book and can be edited. 15

19 Radius Lists - How to Order Ordering a Radius Click on Radius button. Address Search Agreement - Agree Complete boxes, click Search. Note Address Format Tips. One time fee of 5 per address. Addresses remain in your address book for further use. NOTE: No charge for addresses in the JLJS program 16

20 Radius List - Overview See page 17 for mailing rules regarding Or Current Resident. Name your list. Click Approved. Your list will remain in your Xpressdocs Address Book and can be edited. 17

21 Street Search - How to Order Ordering a Street Search Click on Street Search button. Address Search Agreement - Agree Complete boxes, click Add. Repeat process to build list. Name your list. Click Approved. Your list will remain in your Xpressdocs Address Book and can be edited. One time fee of 5 per address. Addresses remain in your address book for further use. NOTE: no charge for addresses in the JLJS program. 18

22 Ship Order - cards shipped to you " for addressing & mailing FREE Ground Shipping Next Day shipping is available for only $6 per order. Address and postal permits can be printed on your cards for no charge. Order can be shipped to office or home. NOTE: This option not available For the JLJS program. 19

23 Completing your Order Recheck quantity required. Decide on UV coating. No charge for UV coating on all postcards. Sample Card - Postcards When using Xpressdocs complete Mailing Service, you will receive a FREE sample card of your order. 20

24 Just Listed/Just Sold Co-Pay Add MLS #; Property Address & Property Zip Code Click Calculate Co-Pay button 21

25 Payment Page Final review of order. Add any promotions. (Check co-pay amount has been deducted for JLJS program.) Complete credit card details Place your Order! Print invoice for your files. 22

26 Troubleshooting Problems Why do my photos say LOW underneath them? You may have used photos taken from MLS or from another website. These photos are for internet use only and would produce fuzzy or blurry photos on your postcard. If you took this photo yourself, you will need to increase the setting on your camera to shoot print quality photos. Why is my headshot missing on my proof? Even though you uploaded your headshot and you are seeing it on the order build page, you need to ASSIGN the photo to your order. Check the drop down box to the left of your headshot gallery and select the photo. Why is the font too small? Check to see if you have a lot of blank lines in the body of your text. You may need to eliminate some of these. The text boxes have limited space and are set to accept your typed comments. The program will reduce the size of the font in order to fit all you have typed. You might also consider removing some of the text. Why won t my address list upload? Our system is set to accept most lists as long as they are created in.xls,.csv and.txt being the most common. During the upload process you can also format your lists further by using the drop down arrows next to each field. By clicking Update, your complete list will be reformatted. If you need further help, please call our Helpdesk. (866) Why did I get postcards returned to me? DO NOT add Or Current Resident to First Class Mail. This negates the forwarding orders. Also, do you live in a coastal area or vacation area? Remember, those properties may be vacant for a good part of the year. The post office will not deliver to vacant properties. It may be better to use the OWNERS address in these cases, which is available through your local tax records. 23
