25 Rotating and Detachable Instruments With the detachable instruments Germed USA introduces the latest generation of laparoscopic instruments, which can be easily disassembled for a thorough, so far not possible, cleaning. Through the unique constructional conception, it is also possible, that the interchangeable basic elements of each instrument can be combined with various handles. In case of erosion of the instruments insert, it can be replaced by a new one. This leads to a clear lowering of costs, as only the instruments insert has to be exchanged and not the complete instrument.
