2 BT Onevoice Mobile Access for iphone BT Onevoice Mobile Access is now available for iphone devices. The BT Onevoice Mobile Access applet for iphone devices is a One-Touch applet. The Onevoice Mobile Access applet is stored as an application on the user s iphone Applications menu. When the user wishes to make an international call using Onevoice Mobile Access, they click on the Onevoice Mobile Access application to initiate the process. The following slides show the steps for installation and how to use the service.

3 iphone applet The BT Onevoice Mobile Access iphone applet will work on all iphone devices running OS 3.0 or greater. To check whether a particular device is compatible, either: Use the Device Checker capability at: Refer to the Mobile Access Device List, also at:

5 Installing the Applet

6 Over the Air activation - 1 Once the user requests the download either via SMS or via the BT Onevoice Mobile Access website - they receive a SMS message which contains the download URL. The message will reside in the Messaging inbox :

7 Over the Air activation - 2 When the user clicks on the SMS, it shows a welcome message and the URL for downloading the client. The user now needs to click on the URL in the SMS message to begin the download/install process

8 Over the Air activation - 3 Once the user clicks on the SMS link, they will see the BT Onevoice Mobile Access Info page in itunes. Clicking on the FREE button will change the button label to INSTALL. Click on the INSTALL button to begin the installation process.

9 Over the Air activation - 4 The user should now insert their itunes username and password and click on OK. Once the OK button is clicked, the download and installation process will begin automatically.

10 Over the Air activation - 5 During the install process, the BT Logo will appear on the iphone main screen with the label Loading. This label will then change to Installing.

11 Over the Air activation - 6 After successful installation, the user will see the BT Onevoice Mobile Access icon (with the title BT Onevoice) on the iphone main screen. Please note that the icon will be added at the end of all previously loaded applications and may therefore appear on a second page of the main screen.

12 Configuration (first time start-up)

13 BT Onevoice Mobile Access for iphone When the user clicks on the BT Onevoice Icon for the first time, the application will prompt to set the Home Country. Select the appropriate home country from lthe ist of available countries, and confirm your selection. Once selection is complete, click on the Home button at the top to return to the Main screen Note: If the user s mobile number is saved in international format in the iphone device, the user will not be prompted to select Home country.

15 Making a Call Open the Applications screen on your iphone. Click on the BT Onevoice icon to launch BT Onevoice Mobile Access.

16 Contacts Menu The Application Main Screen displays the Contacts menu by default, which is populated directly from the iphone Contacts list. The Contacts tab allows the user to select any contact and dial the associated phone number. The Keypad tab allows the user to make use of the iphone keypad to dial a phone number.

17 Keypad screen The Keypad screen can be used for dialling international phone numbers which are not stored in the user s Contacts List..

18 The About screen Clicking on the About button which appears on both the Contacts and the Keypad screen will bring up the About screen. This screen gives details of the application version loaded on the device. Note that the user also has an option to change the currently set Home Country.

19 The FAQ screen Clicking on the FAQ button on the About screen will bring up a short list of Frequently Asked Questions and answers about the BT Onevoice Mobile Access service.
